Sun Roof Lounge & Cafe — Restaurant in Giza

This place looked decent but the hospitality was ridiculous. We wanted to have breakfast but what we wanted off the menu was not available. We decided to order lunch food instead. Once we placed our order, the waiter said it will take 20 mins for the food to be ready. The food took 55 mins! We were starving already as it was since we were unable to eat the horrible breakfast from our hotel. Once the food arrived, the chips was served cold. The mocktail i ordered looked hilarious, a child could have made it like that. The blue berry sunk to the bottom while the cup was filled with 7 up and ice. Ontop of all this, when i complained to the waiter, he was not willing to discount anything off the price, only to offer a cup of tea. How ridiculous is that. after asking to speak with manager, they only agreed to take off the service charge and tax which was 14% of the bill. This made little difference and certainly did not make up for their poor level of hospitality. Ontop of that, they could even give me the proper change.

Cet endroit avait l'air convenable mais l'hospitalité était ridicule. Nous voulions prendre le petit déjeuner mais ce que nous voulions sur le menu n'était pas disponible. Food was as expected just for a quick sandwich for lunch, but when asking for the bill we were told 380 egp then asked to see the receipt which then said 276 egp. So not only tried to rip us off by adding 100 to the bill.
