Bishbishi Garden Village — Hotel in South Sinai

It may be because of Ramadan and the fact that it's not travelling season right now, but the stay at this camp was terrible. When we arrived there was no soul on the whole site and when calling the phone number from the website no one answered. The whole camp was totally dirty, it looked like there had been noone there for weeks, there was food and trash on the floor, dirty dishes on the counter, etc. The room sadly was also very dirty, the bedsheets did not look welcoming at all. Our AC was broken and the water of the shower was boiling hot so that we could not take a shower at all. There was no mirror in our room and only one electricity plug, where the mini fridge was connected to, so if we wanted to charge our phones, the food in our fridge would've suffered. The WiFi was also not working and the whole time we felt like we were in a ghost city. All of the service we had paid for was not granted. No AC, no WiFi, the bullet point '24h service' on the website was a joke, there was no one and nobody ever answered the phone, and the worst: there was simpky no breakfast, even rhough we had asked when it would be the day before. It should've been from 8 to 10am. We waited from 8 to 9am and nothing happened, nobody was to be reached and there was no sign of food. The last straw was the fact that there were creepy men who came into our room unattended and another man who was telling us he loved us and touched my friend inappropriately and followed us to our room.

We changed Hostel after two nights and demanded our money for the two nights we didn't stay there back.

It's a pity because the place has potential and could be very beautiful, but they really need to work on the hygiene...

This is the worst time I've stayed at a camp in dahab in 12 years coming here!

I don't think they know what is the meaning of cleanliness, the rooms the facilities is the worst ever! The light of the rooms can get you in a depression, the bed you can fell the wood you're sleeping on, the air conditioning is so loud I didn't sleep well during all the days, it's like a tractor, this all wasn't the worst, the worst was the bathroom, I've had a room with a private bathroom, I think no one cleaned this bathroom for ages, it's very dirty and the shower drops all night, the toilet is from 80's, the heater wasn't working and when I told the receptionist he told me that just give it sometimes and it will work but it didn't work! You think that's all, believe me that's not all, one morning l've waked to go the toilet and I've found a rat inside the toilet, and didn't know what to do, told also the receptionist(and he is the rooms service) he is the only one you meet, and he came having a spray and telling me that it's an ordinary thing that there are alot here that's so tiny, and he is afraid from them too, and he tried the spray on the toilet but it didn't work, after like 1 hour of trying to get rid of it and failing, he told me there's another room available he can put me there and this room was worst than the garbage as the first one but without the rat. And with even a more weird toiled and a totally broken heater! Believe me no human being...

This place is awful, let me tell you the whole story, in 7/7/2023 i've called this place to reserve 2 single rooms for my friend (Girl) & myself at 12/7/2023, they told me that it's available and check-in at 12 PM, i've informed them that i might arrive at 8 and thy said its okay so i sent a 1000EGP as a deposit. When i've arrived they told that there's only one room available until 12 PM but you cannot stay on it only leaving our bags and we agreed. We left and came back at 2 PM, the room isn't ready yet we stayed in the same room for few hours, then they told me the room is available, when i entered the room its a mess, the A/C makes so loud noise that cannot set on the room not even sleep, i informed them i cannot stay there after some talks i checked-out and left my friend until the next day. Before i leave they told me the total price is 600EGP for a double room and i said its okay, the next day when i went to get my friend and the rest of money, they told me it will be 700EGP because they gave me a room but i don't like it. This is only fraud place with un professional, beside that they've a resturant called baba dahab they are preparing it's food in the camp, the camp always smell onion and like a kitchen, won't talk about the bad experience also i've faced in this resturant.

At the end i never recommend this awful...
