Lidia Hotel Dahab — Hotel in South Sinai

Exceptional service from Mr. Alaa, who was super friendly and accommodating even when we arrived before check-in time. The room was ready, and he & Mahmoud welcomed us warmly. The whole staff were friendly and helpful, Obada at the cafe as well.

Great Room Amenities: Powerful AC, Heater, Mini Refrigerator, Complimentary Mini Coffee Corner with Tea, Nescafe Black, and Sugar Sachts, along with 2 glass cups.

The room was clean, with baskets placed outside, inside near the beds, and in the bathroom, provided essentials included 2 shower gels and 2 toilet paper rolls 🧻

The Pool is well-maintained (daily clean from 6pm to 12am). One thing I noticed as the rooms are facing the pool, you may experience occasional noise from late-night guests, but this is not a hotel issue

Lidia Cafe: Exceptional breakfast experience by the sea with a variety of seating options: Badawy, Classic Chairs, Comfy Chairs, and Shezlongs & Choice of Western or Continental Breakfast, as per your preference.

Access to the water from the cafe (watch out for rocks). Cafe prices were reasonable for such stunning sea views: 75 EGP Mango Smoothy, 55 EGP Lemonmint, Shisha/Hookah for 100 EGP.

There are power sockets available in the cafe, with a relaxing atmosphere to get work done by the sea.

Cons: Prices are relatively high, which is understandable considering the current season.

The Best Stay in Dahab This is hands down the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Dahab. I’ve visited the town countless times over the years, and nothing compares to the experience I had here.

The staff were exceptional — incredibly friendly, welcoming, and still completely professional. Their attention to detail and genuine care made all the difference.

The location is perfect. It's right on the mamsha, so you’re close to all the energy and excitement, yet it’s in a peaceful spot where you can truly relax. The restaurant setup directly on the beach is pure bliss, especially in the early morning. I highly recommend starting your day with the Lidia or Masry breakfast — both are delicious and set the tone for a great day ahead.

The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and easily accessible. And yes — hot water in the showers, which is always a win in Dahab!

I felt completely safe throughout my stay and met some wonderful people along the way. The atmosphere was relaxed, yet everything was so well taken care of.

All in all, this place offers the full package — comfort, beauty, and great service. I won’t be staying anywhere else in Dahab from now on.
