Sea Soul Hotel — Hotel in South Sinai

Good location, Nice sea view from the roof despite of the noise of AC external unites.

Our stay has to be from September 17, till September 20 2025 But, you will hate the view and location because of unprofessional and rudeness and not feeling save due to the staff starting from the receptionist and his direct manager, what happened with me is: i went to front desk receptionist and asked for available rooms , he said yes we have a rooms has “twin bed and single bed for each room” with a cost of 2200 EGP per night , i said okay , paid the full amount for 2 rooms for 3 nights , while receiving the rooms we found only one room as described and the 2nd room is only 2single beds , i told him i need what i paid for , they told me the receptionist employee doesn’t know the rooms well and he by mistake agreed with me for a room not available, they gave us the 2nd room smaller than what we need and only one twin bed and ask for more payment for that small room , when i refused the receptionist told me that i have one of two options either if leave the hotel or pay the extra amount, his rudeness and unprofessional way let me leave the hotel 2nd day in the morning.

During the one night I stayed there , they told me that check in is at 11am and the actual check in was 2pm waiting all this time to have a room.

At that one night also, one employee working at there cafe asking for some missing invoices at his cafe, after he nocked the door in a rude way and wake me up , i asked him why you didn’t ask the receptionist for who has the room instead of disturbing me and my family, and he left.

Finally, if you need to have more stress and feel totally unsafe and zero relaxation you can choose this hotel.

They stressed us, send us out of the hotel and waste 2days “one night” from us.

Regarding the cleanliness, they are way so far of being a clean hotel as the attached...

I’ve been in Dahab for 8 months now, my friends always come to visit and they stay in different hotels and I always go visit them there Today my friends arrived at Sea Soul, and I went up with them to their room for a while, everyone in the reception saw me we even had a little chat that i live here bla bla bla Later on, when we left the room to eat, the people who work there stopped us mid staircase and yelled “hey there is a rule that says no visitors allowed and your friend can’t go up with you to the room, you can only hangout on the roof or in the lobby (mind we’re 3 girls) then the manager came and also spoke in a very disrespectful way “rules are rules making no exceptions”

Later we went down to receptionist to get my bike and leave then I saw a guy riding MY bike coming with food for himself. I am very very disappointed with the way they treated their guests and wouldn’t recommend anyone...

this hotel is one of the most comfortable and good value for money and service u take..the hotel has many rooms ,the size of room is very comfortable with private bathroom,each room has different view the rooms is clean with towels and soap and air conditioner (you will not find this in many places in dahab), they have a delicious breakfast in the morning they made it themselves and so tasty and tasty with many varieties and they are very flexible to change any item for you if you dont eat it, the stuff is so friendly and helpful,they will help you with anything you want...thanks to the gm of the place mr. hisham and to his stuff mr. ahmed and saad and all of the stuff. you must visit this place if you are in dahab with its wonderful location in the light house and near to alot of services and market and diving centers...
