New Yalla Hotel — Hotel in South Sinai

We had a 4 night stay in New Yalla. It was amazing. I have been to many hotels in Dahab, but this one was great! ||||Check in: We called them right before we came because we had a problem with the hotel we were staying in and they said they had 3 rooms available, so we booked them and went. The staff were super friendly, helpful and welcoming and made sure we were settled quickly in our rooms as we were very devastated with the other hotel. Thanks a lot to Mr. Sabry who made sure that happened. ||||Rooms: The rooms are new with reasonable space (I assume it's a new hotel), the ACs work perfectly, clean sheets, clean bathroom and a free internet connection (although very poor connectivity, but it's something); However, just like most hotels, the lighting wasn't the best, but it was fine. Our rooms had a pool view and a little balcony. The toiletries weren't the best, only towels and tissues, but it's fine. It's recommended you get your own shampoo, water and stuff (it's a budget hotel after all).||||Location: It's like a 3 minute walk from the Lighthouse. It has its own bar "Yalla Bar" which you get a 10% discount for on food because you're in the hotel. В день отъезда, из платяного шкафа, находящегося в номере этого отеля, была украдена моя сумка, с иностранными паспортами, деньгами. Поведение хозяина и приехавшего по моему требованию полицейского было мягко говоря неадекватным..... Про сумку можно забыть, так как мне даже не предоставили возможности написать заявление по поводу кражи. Я и мои друзья до сих пор в шоке от невероятности данного события, но к сожалению оно имело место быть.

The only problem me and my friends had was regarding the staff (receptionist) he was very unpleasant and talked to us in a very rude way.
