We booked the house Villa Camille with Mickael. Absolutely avoid the house and Mickael. Here's why: The location of the house is not at the address indicated on the Airbnb site. In fact, it is 2 km away from the point marked on the map and the real location was only told to me after asking twice. House was ice-cold (10 degrees) upon our arrival. So we tried to figure out how to put the heating on. We spend the first night in jackets with 3 children, not optimal. The water boiler was put off, we took notice the following day after a cold shower. The kitchen was very dirty upon our arrival. We didn't clean it in depth so we simply did not cook because of its condition. The house was full of private stuff, everywhere. Almost all closets were locked so we were not even able to get our clothes out of our suitcases. The neighbors to the left made parties several evenings and nights. The walls are very thin and one night music was going until 5 a.m. (we understood every word of the lyrics or what was being said). None of us slept and I wanted to call the police but simply feared to do so as we had several more days to spend there and we were in a foreign country and they were locals/french. Our parking spot, which belongs to the house, was occupied on several occasions by these same neighbors. We had not a single instruction nor was Mickael present to show us anything about the house. No situational analysis of the condition of the house was made, but after our stay the host accused us of all kinds of things and wanted a total of 1.498 € from us for these reasons: Because the house was not cleaned (but only a few sandgrains on the photos), the host wanted us to pay 151,2 € for the cleaning although we already paid 205 € at the reservation. The invoice provided by him of 151,2 € showed that we already paid too much. BTW the dyson vacuum cleaner available was not working. The host accused us of derailing the closet door at the entry. While we did not do that, he wanted us to pay for the fixation. The host furthermore accused us of stains on the radiators (electric heators) and of drying our clothes on them. That is not true, our youngest maybe touched the radiator briefly with her coat but that should not leave stains. Touching a radiator is normal usage while it is not normal for a radiator to take colour immediately when touching it for a few moments. But again he tries to inflict this on our part. The matters is still to be settled by Airbnb, I hope they see reason. We are so sad and disappointed. We travel a lot (while this was our first Airbnb) and never before had a situation like this. BLIV VÆK fra dette rædselsfulde sted - de går udelukkende op i at hive pengene ud af deres lejere. Ved ankomst var der ingen tilstede som kunne modtage os, man havde efterspurgt vores henvendelse netop med henblik på samme, der blev ikke svaret på vores henvendelser og værelset var ikke blevet rengjort. Vi er ikke sarte, men der lå rester af hår i skufferne på badeværelset, bruseren kunne kun føre vandet direkte op i loftet af brusenichen. Der var ikke som lovet anbragt hverken håndklæder eller rent sengelinned. Sengen var redt nødtørftigt, men linned var helt sikkert ikke blevet skiftet siden sidste udlejning. I køkkenet lå der rester af de sidste lejeres frokost, altså halvspiste kager og brød, de elektriske installationer var nødtørftige/ mangelfulde, d.v.s. at de ikke virkede konstant. Lokalet indeholdt også en sovesofa, der nok kunne siddes i, men den kunne absolut ikke bruges til andet, da samtlige fjedre virkede til at være sprunget. I udearealet lå der de sidste tre dage af vores ophold flere hundelorte, der ikke blev fjernet, derudover stank der af urin. Stedet præsenter også mulighed for fri benyttelse af sauna samt boblebad - vi kan kun anbefale alle at holde sig langt væk fra dette, det blev ikke rengjort i de 7 dage vi var tilstede. Adressen er den eneste grund til at give stedet en reel anbefaling, da det ligge ganske tæt på havn, byliv og transport muligheder. Skulle intet af det ovenstående have skræmt jer bort, så medbring selv alt hvad I måtte have behov for, for stedet holder ikke hvad der loves. Vi blev stillet i udsigt at der ville være toiletartikler, rent linned samt håndklæder til vores fri benyttelse, alt sammen måtte vi selv indhente i de lokale butikker, byen har et skønt butiks liv, men denne udlejer skal på ingen...

Bonjour, je suis allée il y a une semaine avec mes trois filles pour passer une séjour des vacances et je suis restée 7 nuit.

Je suis très déçue car toute l'image qu'ils vendent est fausse. Tout d'abord ils disent qu'ils sont catégorisés comme un "hôtel" avec "restaurant" "café sur place" "réception 24h/24" "service de nettoyage" et tout cela est une farce car tout d'abord il n'y a personne à la réception. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés à 16h, heure d'arrivée, il n'y avait personne et tout était très mal indiqué. Nous avons attendu environ une demi-heure qu'une dame arrive. Ensuite, nous sommes aperçus que la chambre était au premier étage, ce qui n'était pas indiqué dans l'annonce et je ne pouvais pas monter les escaliers car j'ai un problème de dos. Deuxièmement, la chambre n'était pas propre (ce qui nous a donné envie de partir mais nous n'avions pas d'autre choix car il n'y avait pas de place disponible pour cette date) et on a dû attendre une heure pour qu'ils la nettoient et tout était plein de poussière quand on est arrivés dans la chambre. Il n'y avait pas de savon, pas de papier toilette, nous n'avons pas pu laver nos vêtements non plus car il n'y avait pas de machine à laver et je répète qu'il n'y avait personne à la réception et que tout était très mal indiqué. Troisièmement, il n'y a pas de restaurant et nous avons été très surpris car cela était indiqué dans l'annonce. La chambre n'était pas adaptée pour 4 personnes car il n'y avait pas d'espace et même pas d'armoire, alors qu'un hôtel en a normalement une. La même chose est arrivée à une famille allemande quelques jours après notre arrivée. Je suis très déçue car j'ai gaspillé mon argent dans cet endroit. Je ne le recommande pas (publicité...
