Hôtel Arc de Triomphe - Paris — Hotel in Paris

Room and location were great. I stayed for one night and assigned a room on the 1st floor. This is the same floor as the hotel lobby. I asked if there are any other rooms, but she said it's quiet and it's a newly renovated room. I'm not one to argue and agreed. Later, I heard they were fully booked and I definitely could not change my room. Night shift was bad. From my room, I can clearly hear the desk receptionist on personal calls. When My room started smelling like cigarette smoke. I opened my door to see the receptionist smoking in the doorway of the hotel. The smell would fade and get stronger. After the 3rd time I let him know and he sprayed my room with freshener. Yet, this continued through out the night. When I was in the lobby to check out, he was on a personal call again and I waited for him to finish. His colleague for the shift change came in and he hung up the phone and chatted with her until I finally interrupted and mentioned I am trying to check out and the day clerk helped me. Side note.. IT Albergo piccolo (anche l'ascensore - max 2 persone) ma molto comodo, stanza silenziosissima e pulitissima, con tutto ciò che serve (cassaforte, scatolina per cucito di emergenza, mini frigo, aria condizionata, dotazione per preparare te/tisane, tv led, wi-fi veloce e gratis in tutta la struttura). Letti molto comodi. Molte prese di corrente per ricaricare i device. Personale super cordiale e simpatico. Buono e completo il buffet per la prima colazione. La posizione in cui è situato è davvero strategica per qualsiasi gita si voglia fare. 3 linee metropolitane (linea 1-2-6) nelle vicinanze e bus. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Quando tornerò a Parigi sicuramente ci ritorno. Consigliatissimo. FR Petit hôtel (même l’ascenseur - max 2 personnes) mais très confortable, chambre calme et propre, avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin (coffre-fort, boîte de couture d’urgence, mini-réfrigérateur, air conditionné, équipement pour préparer thé / tisane, TV led, wi-fi rapide et gratuit dans toute la structure). Lits très confortables. Beaucoup de prises pour recharger les appareils. Personnel super sympa et sympathique. Bon et complet buffet pour le petit déjeuner. L’emplacement est vraiment stratégique pour toute excursion que vous voulez faire. 3 lignes de métro (ligne 1-2-6) à proximité et bus. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Quand je reviendrai à Paris, je reviendrai. Hautement recommandé. We really liked the hotel. Great location, very close to Arc de Triomphe and metro/bus stations. Located on a quiet street. The family room has a decent size for Paris.
