Great Stay at Coypel Hotel, Paris! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The hotel is just the right size — not too big, not too small — and perfectly located. It’s very convenient to get around, just a short walk from the Metro station. I arrived by Eurostar and didn’t even need to change train lines — super easy! What made me feel especially secure is that the hotel is right next to a police headquarters. It gave me extra peace of mind, especially as a traveler. The room was very clean, quiet, and cozy. I slept really well — peaceful atmosphere with no noise at night. The hairdryer worked well, and there were plenty of power outlets for charging devices. There are lots of restaurants nearby — Thai, Chinese, French — and just a short walk away you’ll find KFC, McDonald’s, a shopping mall, Starbucks, and more. Everything you need is close by. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to answer questions. There’s even a small hotel fridge downstairs selling drinks at reasonable prices — handy if you don’t feel like heading out. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel. Great location, quiet and safe, good service, and affordable price. 👍

Worst hotel experience ever! Went in June when there was a heat wave. Specifically booked this hotel due to the website saying AC. First off it is a split unit. Second the hotel said ours was broken and they were unable to switch our room. The front desk staff came up to our room and agreed it was unacceptable temperature in the room. We were unable to sleep due to the heat. The only thing they offered was free breakfast (which was 10 euro and not worth that!). When they switched our room the next day the room was even hotter and the unit still didn’t work. The front desk staff said they had no control of the unit but when we checked out they told us the front desk could have turned it on during the stay. Definitely avoid if you want to have an enjoyable trip in Paris!!!! The management is not there on weekends and there is no one to help with issues until Monday which is terrible for a Friday check in! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Here is a picture of the beds attached-

Overall a very positive experience here. Arrived and was greeted by friendly staff and when we entered the three rooms we had reserves, it was clean and tidy! The staff was extremely helpful and kind, on the last day in Paris our flight wasn't until late and they let us store our luggage while we went out to explore until it was time to go.

Downfalls however include the room and bathroom being really quite small and compact, from photos we imagined the space to be a lot more roomier. Another downfall includes the fact that the sheets weren't changed for the whole 4 nights we spent there and the complimentary soaps we used up weren't replaced, even thought cleaners came in! The turn down service is merely just changing the bin and giving you fresh towels. The last downfall I would say was that the air conditioning in all of our rooms were very poor, in 26-30•c heat it's the last thing you need! We tried keeping it on for the whole day and when we arrived back at night, our room was still warm! We ended up leaving our windows open for the remainder of our trip!

Overall, we did have a positive experience and would recommend this...

I never stayed at this place. My wife recommendedI this place because she used to stay here when she studied in France. While making the reservation I accidentally selected the current day, their web site resets to the current date if you make a change in your selection. I did not notice the mistake because my reservation was supposed to start September 28 and the date on the reservation was August 28. Their policy states that for a now show (I was in the U.S. ) they only keep one night rate and I would have accepted that for my mistake. But their customer service staff decided not to honor their policy and keep the full 3 day stay for 2 rooms that where never used, even when I have proof that it was clearly a mistake (my plane tickets are for the following month). So please ignore their email that states: Balance of the reservation € xxx The balance of € xxx must be paid directly at check-in. Taxes to be paid at the hotel They will charge you the full stay even if you don’t show up. Awful customer service. Would not recommend. If you deside to use this place double check you reservation...
