I spend there for 4 days in sep 2017.

**Pros: Good location (near metro and bus station), nice staffs, good A/C, pocket Wi-fi (3€ per day which is highly-recommended to anyone without SIM Card)

**Cons: Extremely dirty (no one changed our sheets), when I arrived the toilet's water was yellow (no one cleaned the room, I attached the photo), NEVER go for room number 1 (the smallest and narrowest bathroom in the world!! You can not enter without touching the walls! You can see photos), spots on the sheets even in the first day, no change of shampoo and soap. Towel never was changed! We should use the same towel for 4 days! We changed our room to number 5 after one day which was more tolerable but again messy and filthy. No refrigerator, dark rooms, broken hair dryer (one minute works and one minute wait to be cooled down and work again), bad shower experience in small bathroom while water comes out to the room!, old carpet, super small rooms!! (No space in the room to even leave your luggage), no ventilation in bathroom (bad smell)

**Conclusion Cleanliness is very important to me so I WILL NEVER TRY IT AGAIN! It was our WORST hotel in our long journey to Milan, Rome, Venice, Paris,...

I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. It was my first time to stay in paris for more than a layover and so it took me a lot of time to find a good hotel due to my limited knowledge of Paris. I relied heavily on reading reviews and "La Manufacture" really caught my attention due to all excellent reviews on it so I did not hesitate to book 2 nights in it. Honestly, it was an outstanding experience and the hotel really exceeded my expectations. Cleanliness, great customer service, you name it, really everything. Some people complained about the size of the rooms, I did not find this an issue at all, at the end, you are in the heart of Paris and this is what makes Paris unique. I would also appreciate all the help I got from the front desk for all the info given to me especially "Amina". I would definitely recommend this hotel to anybody going to Paris to stay in this hotel. One thing I forgot to mention, which is really useful, is the location of the hotel, it is close to metro station and also all restaurant and shopping is just minutes...

This hotel was clean with friendly multi lingual staff and close to public transport, the room was small but we planned to go out in the morning and return late in the evening so didn't bother us, but if room size will be a issue make sure you get a larger room. We never had breakfast in the hotel as there are lots of Cafe's near by less than 2 mins walk away. The Internet was quick 50mb down and 50 mb up so a things up from me. During our stay the transport system was on strike which meant no metro trains and most busses were packed which meant that this hotel was a little out of the way from popular attractions but if all transport systems are ok then you shouldn't have any problems

Hotel is CLOSED! But they still continue to take reservations. They do not let you know until the last minute that the hotel is closed. I realized the hotel close when I arrived in front of the hotel. When I called them, they offered me to stay in another hotel "EUROPE SAINT-SEVERIN" far from this hotel. They did not apologize. I did not accept their new hotel offer. I found another hotel and paid more... I did my reservation one week in advance. If the hotel is close, why do they allow us to book a room? For the moment, you can still book a room from booking websites although the hotel is still close. It's really ridiculous!
