Louvre Luxury Apartment & SPA — Hotel in Paris

I normally don’t write reviews but I think this place deserves some clarity. The name is Luxury Louvre, and that means they should have all the small details ironed out i.e (luxury)… and that is NOT what this place is. We paid 2900 for 4 nights so you’d expect some essentials. They had 3 washer/dryers but no detergent and we were instructed not the use the 2 washers upstairs. They had 2 cutting boards for charcuterie but only butter knife’s (couldn’t cut a Baguette) None of the restrooms had shampoo/conditioner/body wash. The kitchen did not have napkins and all the cups were glass (easily breakable for kids). We tried to wash dishes and water got all over the sofa because that’s how small the sink is. The jacuzzi (which was a big sell point for us especially after walking around Disney for 3 full days) was turned into a kid ball pen. THERE is literally no useable JACUZZI, don’t BOOK if this is why you like this property. The trash can was broken, the drilling on the second floor started at 8AM every single morning, and the heated floors never heated up.Instead this place focused on non important things like 3D movie screen or game consoles for kids (if you are out all day/ tourists; these won’t even be used.) Finally, as per instructions from our host, we had to do the basic “clean up” like load up the dish washer and take off the sheets for the cleaning ladies to come in. The stairs are wobbly and easy to fall down on— BE CAREFUL with SMALL kids. Location 5 star, but this place is a 2 star at best. Last but not least, we received a WhatsApp message from the host asking us to leave at 10 am sharp with !!! (with actual exclamation points ) And to clean up ourselves, all while purposely falsely advertising the property— best part he asked for specifically asked for a 10 star review or no review at all.
