Tiki Playa — Restaurant in Paris

GOT SCAMMED Despite having had an overall great time the evening I spent there, I got charged 66 € for a coke instead of 6€, a month ago. Obviously a bartender mistake I however only acknowledged several days later through my bank App. Explained the situation several times at the counter the following days. Service was alright and redirected me to upper management. In defiance of being aware and promising to handle the situation I have been ghosted since (upper management). Unfortunately I find myself having no other choices than to write Google comments. If the issue means to be resolved I commit to update and modify my assessment...

easily the worst service i’ve experienced at a bar. walked in, no greeting, no eye contact, nothing. we pulled a menu at the bar and placed it in front of us and twice, the bartenders used it as a surface to make their drinks, blatantly ignoring us in the process. everyone in hospitality knows you mix on the bar mat to avoid spillage and show basic respect. one of them did it right next to us. we moved to the side, he did it again. zero acknowledgment the entire time. the energy was dismissive and downright rude. left without ordering. not coming back. spend your money where people...

We found this lovely little bar on our week travel to Paris right outside the Chatelet metro station. Perfect location to have a drink and some snacks/pizza/light bites. We went in every single night after our tourist packed days as a wind down. The staff are really lovely and accommodating and they also have a spin to win QR code to win free drinks!! Felt like such a safe space to visit every night and has such great music, lights and drinks are super cheap- every night I got a glass of wine and beer for only 10 euro which is very cheap for the centre of Paris.
