Warning: A Disastrous Stay at WS Property - Deceptive Practices and Theft
I recently had an appalling experience with WS Property during my five-day stay at their apartment located at Christophe Colomb 14. My frustration with this company stems from a malfunctioning safe on the last day of my stay, which resulted in missed travel arrangements and an ongoing nightmare.
Despite reporting the malfunction two hours before my departure, WS Property assured me they would promptly address the issue. Unfortunately, no one showed up, causing me to miss a crucial transfer to Belgium. The company claimed the incident was captured on camera and vowed to send me the footage within days, assuring that I could trust them with my belongings.
Regrettably, this turned out to be a hollow promise. I extended my stay for three extra days, continuing to pay for the apartment, expecting the footage and my belongings. To my dismay, after 40 calls, WS Property failed to deliver. They not only neglected to send the promised video but also failed to provide a list of the items they had taken from the malfunctioning safe, which included vital documents, money, and jewelry.
In addition to this major theft and deception, there were other minor inconveniences, such as a forgotten entry code and missing promised amenities, not working internet for few days . Despite repeated assurances that these issues would be resolved, no one from the management contacted me during my five-day ordeal.
It is my sincere advice to anyone considering WS Property for accommodation to steer clear of this company. Their deceptive practices, failure to fulfill promises, and outright theft have left me with a bitter experience that no traveler should endure. Read moreThis accommodation looked to be a reasonable deal when I booked it. Problems started the day before check in. They had not provided any means to access the property and would not respond to my emails and calls asking for assistance. They eventually took my call at 7pm on the first day of my booking and gave me access to the appartment. When I finally got in (four hours late) they appartment was a complete mess. Bed unmade l, wet towels throughout, bins unempltied, sink full of dishes etc. On calling to complain, they said they didn't have any other rooms for me to stay in so I had to book another hotel at my own cost. When I complained and insisted on my refund, they told me they would return my money both over the phone and via email. It's now two weeks on and they will not respond to my emails and have not returned my money. I now have to go to the bank to explain that this WS Opera accommodation have stolen my funds and have them reverse the transaction. This was the absolute worst accommodation experience of my life. You should avoid booking this hotel...

It actually had 1-bedroom and 1 lounge, and 2 double beds. NO 2nd bedroom. NO sofa beds. NO fireplace. ||||Owners then claimed this was a synchronisation error, that affected other customers too (but never bothered to let us know about this).
