Exquisite brand! Great product! Great history and great customer experience. We were greeted and attended by the most professional, warm, kind store manager that i’ve ever encountered in Paris and i have been coming to the city regularly for more than a decade. So it says a lot! The store is very humble, straight to the point and not at all pretentious, while keeping it interesting and rich in history at the same time. Must visit ! I recommend you. But be patience as they usually packed with visitors and store attendance will serve and take some time to explain about the brand to each customers, which i find extemely attentive. This is my second time visiting this store. Last year, I bought two soaps and a small sample set for my mom. Today, I was there to gather my own sample set, and I can confidently say that the staff is very friendly and kind. I don't know the name of the gentleman who helped me, but he was very sweet and professional. The quality of this store and the attention to detail is amazing. The range of their fragrances is quite wide but also unique: they sell perfumes that you surely cannot find anywhere else.
