Service: 5/5 Excellent. Polite, prompt, and professional. The two customers before me were American tourists and tried to order in basic French, and the staff were patient and replied slowly and clearly in French so the clients could understand. I observed a very positive interaction with a non-native speaker. True customer service.

Ambience: 5/5 Excellent. Charming, elegant interiors and comfortable seating outside.

Cleanliness: 5/5 Excellent. Spotless and no litter.

Value: 4/5 Very Good. My pastry, "Sicilien" was €5.80 which is comparable to Parisian prices, but the pistachio flavors and quality were phenomenal.

Overall: 4.8/5 Excellent. If I visit Reims again, I would patron this location again without any hesitation. If I lived locally, I believe this would be my "go-to" regular...

Sooo, if you don’t speak France, you don’t get served. It was around 10:30 and we wanted to have a coffee and a croissant for breakfast. First of all, there was no croissant at 10:30 in the morning. The girl there says that they finished them 20 minutes ago. I’ve asked the young girl if she speaks English, because it was difficult for me to express myself in French. She didn’t even answered, she start laughing, turned her back to us, then she went in the back asking some other colleague if someone speaks English.
