We adored this midscale hotel serving breakfast in heart of Evian les Bains.Located right in the historical center,walking distance from main touristic sites.Rooms face a garden Or Lac Leman.||Property has double or family rooms. Rooms were daily cleaned. It's also called Contact Hotel due to affiliation to a budget chain. It's a historical old building, quite modern inside. We extended our stay! We felicitate efficiency of management team.I would appreciate if Hot water speed could improve.||In Evian, not to miss here sunset on lake,Casino,Funicular,Natural water Source Cachat,Palais Lumiere. Piazzarias, Thai restaurants, Parsi restaurant,Savoy speciality eateries are around. It's a tiny town so plan your day wisely to enjoy most as many places close early or open late. Weekdays can be equally good as there is a weekly market. It’s a very simple hotel, don’t expect anything extra-ordinary, but for the price it is a great value and you won’t be disappointed. It has everything necessary: very good welcoming staff, free parking in city center, clean rooms and all the basics like wifi, TV and free toiletries. I needed to heat up water for baby milk and they borrowed me and electric kettle for the night. My room had a great view at Lac Leman and the old town, just charming. A nice lady at reception allowed us to keep the car on a parking after check-out while we were visiting. Just a nice human attitude that often lacks in more sophisticated places. ||My only remark would be breakfast ending at 9:30, which is why we couldn’t take it. Way too early for holidays from my...
