Good value on a great location.

Place It is located next to the Casino of Evian and right opposite the lake. They have 2 terraces and an indoor dinning room. It is a perfect place for a great dinner or a couple of wines.

Service Very Joly waiters ready to help and multilanguage, very nice with kids and always ready to recommend. They are a bit short on staff tho and sometimes they struggle to serve everyone on time.

Food We had a Gavotine for starters. It is a cold cuts plate with ham and cheese, pickles and walnuts. Selection of cuts was good and the cheeses were creamy. Burger of the house: the patty was tender and juicy, homemade. The sauces in the burger were yummy and the homemade fries added the final touch. Recommended. Mushroom Risotto: generous portion, well cooked but lacked a bit of taste(salt). Dessert was Tiramisu: lacked consistency, but still creamy and sweet.

This is a good place for a summer lunch or dinner close...

I booked La Fabrik from Ireland before going to Evian for a group of 20 friends doing an event in Evian. The manager and staff were very professional and helpful in making the booking and agreeing the menu in advance. On arrival I really hoped the evening would go well. Even though the kitchen was down staff on the night, which was explained to me on arrival, the service was excellent and very welcoming. I don’t think I have ever experienced such good communication for a big group. We were on the balcony overlooking the lake. We had great aperitifs, delicious well presented food. As a vegan I was so unbelievably happy to find a restaurant in Evian that had clearly labelled vegan options on the menu. And even more happy when I discovered just how delicious their vegan Poké bowl is. It's not a traditional Poké bowl with sushi rice, but instead is full of wholegrain rice, wild rice, seeds, vegetables and fruit. Plus the Tofu is INSANE; probably the best Tofu I've ever had. Its marinaded and baked through with sesame seeds. The portions are huge, neither me or my Partner could finish our food even though it was absolutely delicious.
