Boutique Hotel Cologne — Hotel in Cologne

It is not a boutique hotel. It seems To be more of an airbnb. I Was surprised to find only one lamp on one side of the bed and not two lamps. The shower is very old and has nothing to do with a boutique hotel standard. The curtain what has not perfectly attached. The soap was not full And there was no real label where which is the standard of boutique hotels to have very exquisie labels Or at least a label that you can identify. For the coffee there was no cream . No black tea . The cups are nice , but you cannot not hold them since it's too hot.

So it seems to me that it is an Airbnb decorated with black colours to give the impression of style of boutique hotel.

What is missing is a small desk with a chair.

So I recommend it because the location is excellent. But I find the price a little bit too high for what you get.

Weve been coming to Cologne for the last 15 years and Sandra's place was our best accommodation in this city to date. We're definitely booking again when we come back.

First off the location is amazing, right in the heart of Pfeilstraße where all the great shops and restaurants are but still easy to commute from.

The room has everything you need and the beds were super comfortable.

Our host was super responsive. She answered our questions in a timely manner and sent instructions proactively.

I didn't realise until the night before that this wasn't a traditional hotel, so I was slightly worried. Having been travelling for three weeks across several countries, this was the only non-hostel place I stayed because I wanted more comfort. But everything was easy and great. The shower pressure was excellent and the bed so comfy that I actually missed the event I'd travelled to Köln for! The only things missing were a teaspoon and bedside table lamp.
