Upon arriving at the hotel, it was just my 12-year-old daughter and me, as my husband would be joining us later. Mr. KHAIBAR QADIM was at the front desk and checked us in without any issues. My daughter and I then proceeded toward the lift without any instructions from him.||Once inside the lift, we noticed that there was no button for the third floor, even though our room number was 332. I returned to reception and asked Mr. Mr. KHAIBAR QADIM how to reach the third floor. He informed us that we needed to take the lift to the second floor and then use the stairs to reach the third. Concerned about carrying our five bags, I asked how many stairs there were, to which he replied, “only a few.”||However, upon reaching the second floor, we were met with a large staircase. Seeing no alternative, I went back down to reception and politely asked Mr. Mr. KHAIBAR QADIM if he could assist us. He refused, stating that he was the only staff member on duty. I then asked if a room was available on the second floor, but he curtly responded, “No, and why didn’t you check the room details when you booked?” I explained that I had not made the booking and questioned why he had not mentioned the number of stairs earlier, as it would have saved us from going back and forth.||At this point, his attitude became even more dismissive. He reluctantly offered to help but said, “I’ll help you, but only because I’m being kind.” I asked why he was being so hostile when we were simply asking for assistance, as we were two petite women struggling with luggage. His response was extremely rude and unprofessional—he told me, “It’s your problem, not mine. I am helping out of sheer kindness. Just give the key back and leave!”||My daughter was visibly shaken and scared. I reassured her, took the key, and told her we would carry our suitcases up one at a time. I then turned to Mr. Mr. KHAIBAR QADIM and told him, “We don’t need your kindness.” To this, he smugly replied, “Good,” and walked away.||I believe he has a real problem with woman in general and clearly doesn’t like his job, otherwise there is no other explanation for his appalling behaviour.
