This post below was posted almost 2 months ago, since then absolutely nothing has been done to address the problem, other than the poor excuse from the management given as a response, fact is out of the two lifts in the building, one has been left unrepared for about 8 months or so, i wonder if the businesses losing money daily due to this lack of maintenance for the shopping centre would be happy with such a response. As previously stated, avoid if you have kids, are elderly or disabled, especially given the lip service response from the management, saying it will be taken care of and is important...but doing NOTHING to fix the very easy and clear to see problem, this means you don't care. There appears to be no maintenance or security/staff ensuring that the lifts are used by customers with childen, disabled or elderly, so often anyone too lazy to take the escalators will also avail of the only working lift in the building. Avoid this shopping center if you have childen or...

One can stroll for hours along the different levels, many clothing stores, grocery, and book store as well as the Apple store. The biggest turn off though was that bathroom use is charged at 70 cents per customer- after dropping several hundred Euros at various stores and food stalls it costs additional funds to park and to pee. The written text notes it as a suggestion âempfehlenâ but the lady next to the sign enforces it and canât even hang paper towels. That is not...
