For the price it's fantastic. You get a whole little apartment. The main room is a great size and the bed is very comfy. The kitchen is fine but if you're a tourist you're going to be eating out most likely anyway. The bathroom is a little outdated compared to the finish of the main room, but it does the job. The location is the real winner and you're within 15-20 minutes walk (at max) of literarily everything. Only slight issue is that if you're one of the rooms near the main door (room 3 being the one I had) then you might hear other people coming and going very early/late. We stayed in October 2023, and I liked it because everything was within walking distance. We didn’t need to take any buses, only an Uber to get to the airport and another to reach the ferry. The only issue we had was the noise at night; a group of people were talking very loudly, and I politely asked if they could move elsewhere or speak more quietly as it was late and we wanted to rest. Lovely place in the heart of Athens. Few min walk from Acropolis, Syntagma, National Botanical Garden. Still, in a very quiet area. My room was spacious, the bed was so comfortable! Excellent wi-fi, with a fridge, coffee machine, tv with internet. I had a problem with the room initially, but it was solved almost immediately. I always got replies to my questions, and even got a transportation to the airport arranged. My only small repair would be the floor was dirty, but oh well. I really enjoyed...
