I had a Tiramisù, the price at the counter when I ordered was 4.50€ a piece, I asked them for a piece and I asked if I can eat it there, they said yes and I went to the table to wait for them to bring it to me. They brought me a bottle of water (1.5l) without asking if I want it and then they charged me 2€ for it without telling me that I would have to pay for it. I received the check while I was at the table eating (without even opening the water) and the price for the "Tiramisù" on the check was 5.90€ + 2€ the water nobody asked for, I was suprised so I asked them why this price increase, they said it was because I eat it at the table and the price at the counter is just for takeaway orders (It would have been nice if someone told me that before)
The Tiramisù was not a real Tiramisù but just some cream, some cake sponge with too much cocoa powder on top, no coffee flavour, no savoiardi or any other kid of biscuits. They said it's their own way of making it (I didn't know you can make different flavour foods and call them the same name) it's like eating tortellini and calling them spaghetti.
I can understand if I have to pay more to eat inside but at least tell the customers before, don't suprise them when you bring the check at the table, it would be a better...
Read moreAn attitude that is arguably the least professional one could ever encounter! The staff, including the elderly man who is a bystander and the young ladies who assist you, exhibits an extremely arrogant demeanour by declining to print invoices for the confections they sell. While no one has condemned these confections, their inadequate customer service, crowded aisle (which should have been redesigned over time), and lack of problem-solving effort during customer communications all contribute to the establishment's deplorable reputation. In conclusion, their impoliteness, envy, and snobbery are indicative of the corporate culture of this business. Everyone wonders whether or not they comprehend the operations of other businesses in 2023. They appear to care nothing but about their profits and their finances, regardless of the situation! They certainly merit disgrace. Despite being entrusted with a prestigious brand name that has been established for generations, your lack of professionalism instils disgust in both new and returning customers. Regrettably, it is demonstrated that an individual's earnings outweigh...
Read moreWe stumbled upon this delightful pastry shop/café and absolutely fell in love with it. The place was full of fresh, tempting bakery and pastry items, displayed beautifully and impossible to resist. We tried a couple of their specialties — Babas and Millefeuille, which was moist and rich, layered with a light, creamy, delicious custard and flaky pastry.
Every bite was incredibly flavorful and perfectly balanced, not overly sweet, just right. The quality of ingredients and the care in preparation really stood out. The café also had a cozy, welcoming atmosphere, perfect for enjoying a quiet moment with a coffee and something sweet.
It was a wonderful experience, and we’ll definitely go back again to try more of their creations. Highly recommended for anyone with a sweet tooth or a love for authentic,...
