Maria Mytakidi — Hotel in Athens

I travel all over around word, and this experience was as awful as I ever had. While, the apartment is clean and has a good location with an attached private backyard. Management is unprofessional and doesn't care if something happens to you. So, I went out of an apartment in this lovely backyard, and than I realized that the door was locked because there is no handle outside. I stayed more than 3 hours with no help, manager Maria, who I called many times, tell me that she is 3000 km away, promised to relieve me but finally, I escaped from my neighbor's door. While she promised to send me the owner to help open my apartment, I had to deal with a door service technician who I called myself and was requested to pay 50€ for opening the door, which was insane. It was a mixed experience. The apartment has a good location, near the metro station, and it was adequately equipped. However, it was really hard to communicate with the owner. I tried to contact them several times via email and phone to confirm my reservation but I could not get ahold of them. Finally, I could reach them an Whatsapp. For some reason I did not receive the code for the door beforehand (this was not necessarily their fault), and it took at least 1,5 hours until I could reach someone and get in to the apartment which was really...

Δεν ξέρω από πού να αρχίσω. Απαίσια εμπειρία. Ότι χειρότερο. Δεν το συνιστώ σε κανέναν. Αρχικά μίλησα με την ιδιοκτήτρια Μαρία για να κλείσουμε το δωμάτιο και με ρωτάει από μόνη της είδατε το δωμάτιο? Και της απαντάω ναι αυτό που είναι στις φωτογραφίες είναι? Η απάντηση της ήταν ΝΑΙ. ( Εννοείται ότι έπρεπε να ήταν) Με λίγα λόγια δεν είχε καμία σχέση το δωμάτιο με τις φωτογραφίες καμία όμως. Πάρα πολύ βρώμικα όλα πιάτα, πάτωμα η τουαλέτα απαράδεκτη με μούχλα και βουλωμενη ντουζιέρα. Είχε στο σαλόνι έναν καναπέ κρεβάτι σπασμένο όπως και το διπλό στη κρεβατοκάμαρα. Σεντόνια παπλώματα βρώμικα και μαξιλάρια με λεκέδες. Η μπαλκονόπορτα χαλασμένη. 55€ την ημέρα. Απλά τραγικό και ντροπή να...
