This is the worst hostel ever. The man at reception was incredibly rude, humiliated me in front of others, and even tried to kick me out at 1 a.m. I was supposed to arrive around midnight and had received check-in instructions, including my room and bed number, since reception closes at that time. When I arrived, I had already gone to the room I was initially assigned. Later, I found out the receptionist had sent me a new message with different room and bed numbers—something I hadn’t seen yet. Shortly after, another guest arrived for the same bed. Then, for the first time, the receptionist showed up in person and was extremely aggressive. He was so rude, humilated me in front of everyone and refused to let me go to the new room. He told me to leave, despite my reservation already being paid for, and wanted to kick me out at 1 a.m. He even accused me of fraud because I had to make the reservation twice earlier —my card didn’t work the first time, and I’m still not sure why. As a solo female traveler, I did not feel safe in this hostel at all. The area itself felt unsafe too. I stayed the night, but I couldn’t sleep and couldn’t stop crying. I was genuinely afraid he might come back and do something bad to me. I don’t recommend it at all. It had ruined...
Read moreThe accommodation was located in a dirty, narrow alley, and the room's soundproofing was practically nonexistent—I could hear every person walking by. The room had two bizarre doors, one of which connected to the neighboring room. Although it was locked, it felt very unsettling. The room was only as big as the double bed it contained, and after putting down my backpack, there was no space left to walk. (Of course, the backpack had to be left on the floor.)
The shared bathroom was filthy. During my two-night stay, the floor was mostly covered in mud. The place even felt like an unfinished construction site, with multiple areas left unrenovated. The hairdryer we borrowed was also broken. The kitchen wasn’t even in the same building—I had to carry my food to another building just to access a usable kitchen.
To make matters worse, even though we stayed for two nights and personally returned the keys to the host, they still charged us a no-show fee. It’s been a month, and they haven't responded to any of our messages on Booking.com or emails. This host is highly dishonest...
Read moreI booked a double room through Booking.com, but the experience was extremely disappointing. The room was incredibly small, with barely enough space to move around. We had two backpacks, and the only place to put them was on the floor as there was no other available storage. The soundproofing was terrible—you could clearly hear conversations from the room next door, which made it difficult to rest. The kitchen wasn’t even in the same building; we had to walk over to a neighboring hotel just to use it. To make matters worse, the provided hairdryer was broken. The hotel itself was hard to recognize from the outside, as the exterior didn’t look like a typical hotel at all, and the surrounding area felt desolate, with people asking for money nearby.
After leaving a negative review on Booking.com, the hotel falsely claimed we didn’t show up for our reservation and charged us a no-show fee. This is highly dishonest, and I wouldn’t recommend staying...
