We had a terrible experience at this hotel : ||- Good points : nice central situation - nice people but who offered very little help ;||- Upon arrival, the room wasn't clean, with women's hair (we're boys) and dead bugs (see photos) ; ||- We expected the cleaning to be done the following day (we stayed for two days) but another person at the reception desk explained to us that due to COVID measures, the cleaning couldn't be done. Which was probably quite inaccurate since we’d spent the previous ten days in hotels in Thessaloniki, Kastoria & Thassos, and since the cleaning has been done every day there....The following morning, another person at the reception told us that the cleaning couldn't be done when guests were inside the room. But we’d not been in our room from 9am to 7pm...; ||- The automatic lightning system in the corridors seems to malfunction, hence blaring the corners of the main door of the room every five minute during the whole night ;||- insonorisation is inexistant, you can hear your neighbours charmingly use the toilets :) ; ||- Room 304 looks onto a common yard, you can’t open the window unless you want everyone to see you ; ||- Last but not least, we both had to shower with cold water the last morning. A person explained to us that it was probably the effect of bad weather on the solar heating system...||In a nutshell, we couldn't sleep nor clean ourselves properly which basically seems to be the main purpose of staying at a hotel.||Our expectations were not met by those poor conditions which were not the ones we signed and paid for.||Therefore, we expected a proportional compensation.||We were offered a free night if we returned at this hotel. Of course, we won’t.||No explanations were given to us about the misforntunes we...

The location is perfect in the city center, with easy access to everything by foot. We had a great time there. The rooms are beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. Thanks again: Florian, Marina...
