I recently had the pleasure of dining at Sousouro, and I must say that I was thoroughly satisfied with my experience. Located in Kavala, this restaurant exceeded my expectations in every way.

We were here and they had not enough staff so there was a small error that we were looked over after we had our bears and 1 liter water that was refreshing cold… Then we told honestly that we did not have so much time and they apologized and gave us all drinks for free as a matter of commercial gesture to us. This happened never before to me in 30 years while i am an accountant of such business in Belgium and do understand how difficult it sometimes can be in peak moments like we were in the evening. So, the way they corrected the error and the way they all worked hard and did their extreme best will make us come back for sure! In errors a restaurant can prove they excel the normal quality, and they did. Thanks for the free beers and water and we will come back for sure when we have more time one of these days!! We were walking in the city centre on a Thursday evening when we heard some live Greek music from Sousouro. The restaurant was full but the hostess (a very kind and nice young girl) offered us to wait a bit and then she gave us a table. We were very happy with the positive attitude of the personnel and with the fast service. But what was really great was the food. The prices were really affordable (we had 2 salads, 4 pieces of souvlaki with fries, a glass of wine, coca-cola and a bottle of water and the bill was € 27). Our expectations for everything (service, food, mood, prices) were exceeded and we will definitely come back to the restaurant if in Kavala.
