Meteora Heaven and Earth Kastraki premium suites — Hotel in Meteora Municipality

Price is well worth the experience!

Location: A great spot in Kastraki as there are surrounding shops and tavernas you can go to should you need anything or get hungry. The hotel also has a great view of the Meteoras.

Service: The manager called us hours before the check-in time informing us that we can check in early, which was a huge plus. I should have known the good quality service as, retrospectively, when I booked he allowed me a one-night access to the website. I called the hotel from my country of origin, inquiring if I can have a one-night stay in the hotel. He modified the website so only I can access the reservation, and I am sure glad I made the call. Mr. Orestis, you are god-sent. Thank you.

Price: It's a bit pricier than other accommodations in Meteora, but for the quality of the room, the amenities, the ambiance, the peace, the location, and most importantly, the service, it's well worth the price!

Heaven & Earth rooms are spotless clean and located perfectly in the centre of the village. There is no service in this hotel and no staff, just a 4-digit pin code to access your room and the building. Its self-check in, so the reviews are important in deciding where to book. There is no lift and we were on the top floor, so be prepared to carry you bags up the stair!

Nice touches include the Netflix and double-sided balcony, yes two balconies in our apartment (they don't all have this). Our apartment also had great views from both sides and two televisions (one in the bedroom and one in the living room).

The room was tastefully well decorated and overall perfect for hiking Meteora from the door step, as well as visiting the many great taverns for a bite to eat after your day exploring this amazing region.

Ps. Don’t forget to get your breakfast from the local bakery, 250 yards...

we found this wonderful place “by chance”. the exceptionally great hospitality started on the phone when we called to check availability. orestis who is in charge if this gem is helpful beyond belief. upon our arrival after a long tiring drive he showed us all optional rooms/suits even though he had already prepared the one we booked on the phone. he helped up with local tips, driving direction and was available literally every time we phoned him. the suite was impeccably clean, linens, cushions, blankets, mattresses - all soft and pampering. they even left us snacks. we were sorry we stayed there one night as we had to leave the next day. this is the place you want to keep for yourself and friends. thank you orestis. you are a...
