The place is close to everything in Plakias, three minutes from Plakias, it has a good pool although it is rare that there are no showers in the pool, but rather they are located under the pool, the bar hours are very short, until 3 in the afternoon, there was no one at the reception during the entire time of our visit but everything was done over the phone, although I quickly solved an inconvenience that arose with the health service, against it it has the worst WIFI of all the island of Crete, even in the mountains there was more signal than in the Myrtis hotel, it is irresponsible as WIFI is essential in the modern age and from the negative comments of other guests about WIFI they seem not to care, the breakfast is very good and delicious, you have enough options and the girl who attends breakfast is very...

Super schön gelegen nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß zu den Restaurants und dem Meer. Keinerlei Verkehr vor der Tür. Das Frühstück wirklich außergewöhnlich insbesondere für griechische Verhältnisse. Wirklich alles dabei für jeden Geschmack. Man sitzt auch sehr schön und gemütlich. Der Pool ist toll und man kann sogar die dachterasse des nebenan liegenden Hotels mit nutzen. So einen schönen Außenbereich findet man in plakias selten. Jeden Tag wurde der Pool professionell gereinigt. Es gibt einen Wintergarten wo noch spiele ausliegen wenn man sich dort abends hin setzen möchte. Sehr sehr freundliches Personal, super hilfsbereit, wir bekamen noch einen Schirm geliehen und waren wirklich sehr zufrieden. Das Zimmer war nicht riesig aber ausreichend groß und die Betten sehr gemütlich. Kühlschrank im Zimmer, der sehr leise war. Klimaanlage auch top und sehr leise. Die Badezimmer sind klein und sicher nicht auf dem allerneusten Stand - kann aber die schlechten Bewertungen deswegen nicht nachvollziehen. Es war sehr sauber und alles hat funktioniert. Schöner Balkon mit Blick in die Berge. Ich würde immer wieder dort hinfahren und das Hotel auch besten Gewissens...

Έμεινα στο myrtis spa hotel το περασμένο σαββατοκύριακο με τον άντρα μου. Δεν θα αναλυθώ στο ότι είναι ένα παλιό ξενοδοχείο που χρήζει ανακαίνισης , καθώς αυτό μπορούσα να το δω και στις φωτογραφίες του καταλύματος και ήξερα τι "έκλεινα". Ωστόσο, το να γίνεται θέμα για την καθαριότητα του δωματίου, αυτό είναι απαράδεκτο. Το μαξιλάρι μου είχε λεκέδες από μάσκαρα, ενώ εγώ είχα πάει άβαφη! στην ντουζιέρα υπήρχαν βρωμιές κολλημένες στους τοίχους. Το πάτωμα ήταν πενατβρώμικο. Το πανωσέντονο σε διπλό κρεβάτι ήταν μονό! Και φυσικά το κάλυμα του κρεβατιού εξίσου με λεκέδες , οπότε δεν μπορούσε να χρησιμοποιηθεί. Το χειρότερο είναι, ότι όταν φεύγοντας , διαμαρτυρηθήκαμε στην reception , φάνηκε να είναι θέματα που τα ήξερε! και ούτε λόγος για καλύτερη τιμή λόγω της κατάστασης. Ήταν μακράν , η χειρότερη εμπειρία μου από ξενοδοχείο. Η καθαριότητα είναι η μισή αρχοντιά. Θα πρέπει άμεσα οι υπεύθυνοι να επιμεληθούν για την κατάσταση!
