La proprietaria e chi lo gestisce sono delle persone alla mano e molto disponibili. La stanza si trova vicino al mare, ed è un buon punto se si vuole trascorrere qualche giorno in tranquillità. Non molto grande ma confortevole. L’unica critica alla doccia, piccola rispetto alla metratura del bagno. In comune un piccolo balcone dove si affacciano tutti gli ingressi, con la possibilità di poter stendere e piena di fiori.
