! ! S C A M M E R S ! ! ! STOLLEN MONEY FROM BAG ! ! ! Here is my story: I went to the beach in front of the Alipa restaurant and let my beach bag on the sand, after that I went in the water and after 10 minutes I realised that my bag is not at the place, where I put it, but was on a different place like 15 meters near and more precise on the stairs which are from the sand to the restaurant. After that I checked my beach bag and realised that my second smaller bag with personal things like card ID, passport, credit cards, car keys and cash money is not there!!!????!!!!! It was around 11am and at this time there were around 10-15 people in total where all were families and older people! After that I went to the bar at Alipa restaurant and I said to the staff where is my bag because I thought that probably they maybe can keep safe. After that for my lucky, they returned it back to me (inside the restaurant, probably from office room). When I opened the bag I realised that my money were not there ( 250 euros and 130 BGN ) so I said to the staff that my money are not here and I want my money back. There were 3-4 people and all started talking each other like probably ( what to do - returning or not ) also one person started calling someone by phone. So in about 2 minutes I received also my bulgarian money back full amount but the euro not. So I asked also and for the euros, but they rejected to return. Then I went to the police to report that problem and to be honest I felt that the police was protecting the Alipa restaurant because I pleased to check the cameras and the police officer was explaining to me that they probably are not working or not recording or something like that and that actually nothing could be done and just to accept that fact. But still after 1 hour of discussion finally we made the procedure and the police officer asked me which is the restaurant after that he called by phone someone and after 2 minutes of discussion he told that me that there is no camera, but I already saw it so I said that there is camera. After signature of the procedure document the officer got very nervous and started talking with his colleague and they both started aggressively to talk each other. Finally we went to the place and officer asked me where is the camera and I showed to him and after that the manager opened a telephone and showed some recorded video from before (when the accident happened), but basically there are big umbrellas at the restaurant which are hiding the sand, so you can’t see something because it’s hidden and that’s the only camera. And then everything ends.. the answers and the explanations from Alipa staff were that there is a person who is “cleaning” the beach and the bag was “found” and then they bring the private one to inside the office. Even the police officer when arrived asked nobody like what is happening who what has seen, touched, moved and etc.. even the officer spoke to the manager on greek language so I understand nothing which also is wrong for me, they should speak each other in front of me on English from the start to the end so I understand everything.. The fact that someone from the restaurant staff taken the private bag from the bigger beach bag from initial place where I put the bag or the “newer” place where I found it moved.. to the office room inside the restaurant SPEAKS 100% THAT THEY AS A WHOLE TEAM STOLE MY MONEY!!!!! The other trick of course probably would be that in case I have seen the guy when is taking the bag and went to him to ask what the hell he is doing always they can answer that “they are thinking that it’s forgotten”!! So in anyway they will try to steal your personal stuffs and money mostly!! I will now contact also and share this real story to the government, because this is not a normal and should be fixed for...
Read moreIf I could give zero stars, I would. That’s how bad this place is. And I barely leave any reviews, however, this place makes me feel the urge of doing it
The service was shockingly bad, rude, unfriendly, and downright unprofessional. We paid over €50 for one dry chicken burger and six tiny, tasteless fried shrimps (six shrimps it costed us 23€, literally nothing else on it, ridiculously expensive). The food was bland, overpriced, and honestly worse than what you’d get at a cheap takeaway.
They also have sun beds for customers, but instead of letting you relax, staff keep walking up to you and asking if you’ve paid for them even after you’ve eaten there. We even bought more drinks once we moved to the sun beds, yet the girl at the counter still gave us nasty looks, talked about us to her colleagues, and sized us up from head to toe. After reading other reviews, it seems her rudeness is nothing new.
There aren’t many restaurant options here, but trust me, if you’re not starving, don’t bother coming. Overpriced, tasteless food and the worst service I’ve experienced in years. Absolutely...
Read moreVERY BAD HOSPITALITY SERVICE To our surprise, the waiter was rude and told us that only starters cannot be ordered and asked us to leave. We went there as it was recommended by the apartment owner where we were staying. Since it was post-lunch time we just wanted to eat something that could satiate our little hunger and hence ordered starters only. This was very rude behaviour and bad customer experience. Any restaurant should not rule what the customers should order and what not, no matter the quality of food you serve. I suggest the restaurant owner to consider this fact and understand that flashing “celebrities and parliamentary visit us” in the menu card will not get them customers but rather proper customer experience!! My message to the owner is to offer us an apology for the bad experience and also to re-think its policy so that other customers would not have to go through the same...
