Just got back from a lovely week here. Such a beautiful place. In a great location with everything you need, close by. The hotel is located on a really nice section of beach and feels very private and quiet. The staff are pleasant. The hotel is so beautifully maintained and the gardens and decor are just stunning. It is so wonderfully kept. Just a couple of flaws. There were so many ants in our room and i mean everywhere. Bathroom, Kitchen, Floor... We just couldn't get rid of them!! There were crevices where the ants were coming through, so just when we thought we'd got rid of them all, they all came back. It was particularly hard to cook as there were so many ants on the surfaces. Albeit cute we had 3 kittens outside our room and it was so hard to sit out and eat and relax when they are constantly jumping on you and meowing for food. They were even coming in our room. Maybe previous guests fed them, hence why they would come back. We then stopped eating outside as it became very annoying. I know this is not the hotels fault, i guess its just one of those things but thought it was worth a mention. Do not get a hotel transfer from airport. An absolute rip off at 45euros. Take the coach. Only 4euros and its not so far. The food here is average. I found some things way overpriced. The most i've ever paid for a coffee here in Greece!! Overall, really pleasant...

Read moreWhen I booked the hotel, I was really looking forward to a few relaxed days at the pool and beach. The location of the hotel was really beautiful and right by the beach. The room also had a very nice view of the beach and was very modern. I can only talk positively about the rooms and location, but the service on the other hand was unfortunately not satisfying.
When we arrived at the hotel we got no information that the hotel was mostly booked with wedding guests and that the pool and the beach area would be closed for a day. Out of sudden the Pool, bar and beach were suddenly closed. Also they played loud music until 5 o'clock in the morning. Sleeping was hardly possible. I would have liked a prior information because it was already clear that the hotel is occupied with almost only guests.
When we then communicated that it was very loud at night, unfortunately there was no insight that information should have been given beforehand or no excuse for the missing informations. There was only one answer that weddings would be common and why we are complaining.
I really hope that they are working on their service and personal. For me it’s important to feel...
