Nisos Beach Bar Restaurant — Restaurant in Municipality of Chersonissos

Misleading. What they show on their site and what we reserved has nothing to do with what we get. I made an online reservation for 8 persons after I saw the options on their site. I demanded first rows, knowing that everywhere first row is the best option. The choices were either a double bed either a single sunbed. The pictures presented on their site were good quality and the arrangement looked good and like a private beach. What we get is the ordinary sun-beds added in front of the first row, very bad quality sun-beds and very crowded. Practically they add 2 rows of sun-beds till in the water. Everybody was passing near the sun-beds and the conditions were faraway from what we saw and reserved. I will attach pictures of what we demand in our reservation and what we get. We have payed 150€ for 6 sun-beds , we didn’t received any invoice and we left in 10’ because was very bad. It was august, so very full season and that’s the reason we did reservations to the place we have chosen for better accommodation and not so crowd. I am very disappointed about this experience and the conclusion is that the owners of this place are not interested in keeping the good level of this place but only taking money and doing misleading. I don’t recommend...

We were there with our children. The place by the sea and the furnishings are very nice, the music far too loud for a restaurant in this price category. After we addressed this, it was turned down a little.

After about 15 minutes, the waiter noticed us and we were able to place our order.

He greeted us with the words that there were no more spring rolls. My son wanted a steak for 250g, he said there was only 350g today (when the plate arrived we had the impression that it was only 200g), we also wanted a wine by the glass (Vidiano), unfortunately the waiter didn't accommodate us here either and said there was only Pinot Grigio by the glass. As we had ordered meat and sushi, he also told us that the food would arrive at different times, about 5-10 minutes apart, as they would come from different kitchens.

A restaurant in this price range should be able to serve the food at the same time. The restaurant was averagely busy and there seemed to be enough staff on site.

As customers, we didn't get the impression that they wanted to make enough effort to give us a nice evening in a special location right from the start.

The sushi was very tasty, as was the small amount of steak with a few rocket leaves and a teaspoon...

I am a UK resident and travelled to Malia where we held my son’s 1st birthday party at Nisos Beach Club. From the very first moment the staff were friendly and very accommodating. I spoke to the manager Stelios and he reserved me an area by the bar for a party of 17 which was perfect. The atmosphere was fantastic and the beach area was clean with beautiful clear blue/green water. The food menu is small but the quality of the food is very good and the sushi is amazing. I would like to say a huge thank you to all the staff who made my sons 1st birthday a special day for us to remember. The bar man wasgreat making me cocktails thats weren’t on the menu (whiskey old fashioned) which highlights his skills and what he made was very good. The waiters were also friendly and super attentive to us making sure we had everything we needed. A special shout out to Stelios (manager) who went above and beyond in managing his staff and accommodating my family, he was very understanding of the needs of a large group, he also helped us with the decorations and wanted to make everything perfect for us. I would highly recommend Nisos Beach Club for a relaxing day or for a good party vibe. Thank you everyone and hopefully see you...
