Great location. Beach is just a short walk away, and that part is genuinely nice. Shame the same can’t be said for the rest. Staff were kind and tried to be helpful, but when we had a real issue, they were clueless. Like, absolutely no idea what to do. They eventually compensated us, which was something, but it felt like a last-minute patch job. Proactive? Not even close. More like “wait until guests complain loud enough”. The room? Smelled like sewage. Not “maybe someone left the window open” kind of bad full-blown pipe-gremlin stench, like the toilet had declared independence. We flagged it, and to their credit, they did try to fix it… but after nothing worked and we kept pushing, they finally moved us to a new room. Which, miraculously, didn’t smell like a backed-up sewer. Breakfast was there. Technically. But I wouldn’t touch that yellow-grey scrambled egg horror with a ten-foot pole. Looked like it had been sitting out since last season. So yeah, solid beach access, friendly staff, but bring a candle, avoid the eggs, and don’t expect anyone to know what they’re doing if something goes wrong.

Great place to stay if you want to be in the beach party area but not in the Far Out Beach Club. The rooms were very nice and our balcony was very large with both a couch and table seating area and a beautiful view of the beach. The staff were very nice and the pool was awesome. The reason it’s not 5 stars is that we were mislead to believe breakfast was included at check in and ended up having to pay for it at the end of our stay because our room did not include it. We would have been happy to pay had we known our room didn’t include it, or would have eaten elsewhere. Great stay overall, definitely a huge upgrade from our Far Out Beach Club stay.

Very nice hotel, better than we were expecting and definitely worth the money! Clean, changed towels every day, decent options for breakfast, and great view! And the staff was very friendly and nice, especially the kitchen lady. Also there's a bus stop right at the entrance of the hotel, which makes transportation very easy! 5/5 😍😍

The first night was very nice. We were allowed to check in early and had a beautiful room with a beautiful view. The room number was 26. First night was perfect, the room was clean and everything was great, the air conditioning unit worked beautifully. On the second night, we arrived to our room at 4:30 AM, exhausted, to find our bedroom infested with ants. Not a few ants on the floor, but everywhereeee on our bed and on and under our pillows 🤢. I would understand if we had open food in our room, but we did not. We called reception and someone came to see our room and saw how bad it was (you could see the look of despair on his face) and changed us to room 15. Upon going into that room, there were ants everywhere on the floor. We had to make the decision: sleep in a bed infested with ants, or sleep in a room with ants on the floor as there was apparently no other clean rooms available (which is very surprising as it was low season and most of the rooms were empty (facts as we could see at the reception which rooms were available and which rooms weren’t since you could see the keys)) We had no choice but to take the room with ants on the floor, air conditioning barely worked, stains on the bed and garbage from the previous person. It was not fun waking up in the morning with ants on our arms, especially when I hate and am absolutely disgusted with ants. |At 10am we were told a new room would be ready for us and that we would have an upgraded and better room. We got room 5, which yes was beautiful and yes was an upgrade from room 15, but not an upgrade from room 26, as it was the same room, and the air conditioning was not working well. Unfortunately, the service and cleanliness declined throughout our stay. I have reached out to the hotel numerous times and keep getting ignored. It’s been 2 weeks and am still waiting for the hotel to respond back. As someone who has worked in the hotel industry for 5 years, never have we EVER ignored a client, especially when they’ve had a bad experience. Between that and Georgina’s passive-aggressive attitude, we are beyond disappointed. This is such a shame as day 1 was fabulous. |Also, if you wake up passed 9AM, expect to have no breakfast. |Definitely great views, but if you experience anything bad, you won’t get it resolved. |Hoping to hear from the hotel...
