Phaedra Suites — Hotel in Municipality of Rethymnon

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the hotel manager, and the other staff members consistently displayed incredible service and professionalism throughout my stay. The hotel truly stands out for its attention to detail – everything from the inviting and spotless rooms to the well-maintained facilities was superb.

I’ve never experienced such a clean swimming pool, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Unfortunately, I was ill during the three days I stayed here, but I felt truly at home. The hotel’s location, it’s right in the center, with a nearby shop and the cozy atmosphere And 10 minute walk from the main bus station was perfect.

(The stairs to the second floor or just a small staircase And it didn’t take much effort to take my luggage up upstairs. I used to sleeping in 17° on the air conditioner, but at the hotel it only went to 22 but actually it got pretty cold so I can’t say I Notice a huge difference.)

The small details, like complimentary drinking water and comfortable sunbeds, added to an already delightful experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place with high quality and caring service.

This beautiful family owned business with the best eye for detail will not disappoint.||||The amazing location, right next to the pittoresk shopping streets which take you to the ocean side restaurants is just unbelievable, and perfectly centralized. ||||The port and the beach are also just a small walk away.||||The rooms are so cozy, comfortable, and have everything you could possibly need. The design and architecture was done by the son of the owner, and you can really feel the personal touch in there.||||What stood out for me was the fact that the sinks were all hand made, I will add a picture of the bathroom sink with which I am in love.||||Hygiene and cleanliness get a 10/10, the place was literally spotless at any given time.||||Hospitality is at a different level here, the host was always available and willing to help or give recommendations.||||Thanks to their advice we went to an amazing organic restaurant right next to the ocean which we would have never found without them. This is a set of small apartment suites in a very historical building right in the middle of the city. Old town literally starts from here, just one street down and you are there.||We had the superior suite with balcony to the pool and it was a great choice. Very quiet and spacious. Bedroom upstairs on an open loft and small living space and kitchenette down stairs. Bathroom was a good size and shower provided lots of hot water.||Pool area is nice but now it was already too cold for enjoying. Must be really nice in the summer.||Owner lady is very friendly and almost always there to meet you in case you have any requirements or questions.||Cleaning is daily and very good work. Room has independent heating / aircon system, actually 2 of them. Also 2 TVs. Channel choice was more for germans but we managed with it.||Area is full of restaurants, super markets and bakeries so you can choose how you eat. Apartment has facilities to cook for yourself but we never tried it. Why should you when there are so many options around?||We warmly...
