WARNING: I GOT FOOD POISONING FROM HERE
I don’t normally leave reviews but be careful about this place :/ I ordered a salmon roll and the salmon tasted really old and gross. I only ate one piece but I got a stomach ache shortly after and have been feeling nauseous and sick since then. I gave 4 stars for service because they didn’t charge me for the roll and gave me a new roll, but I didn’t want the new roll because I had already been grossed out by the old one and I had already eaten the other dishes we ordered.
Edit: The owner responded making excuses for the spoiled fish, blaming it on a “natural fishy taste”. I’ve eaten plenty of fresh salmon in my life, I’ve spent years living in Asia and traveled to Japan 7 times and ate fresh fish there many times, I’m also native from a coastal area and fresh fish does not taste like how the fish I was served at this restaurant tasted, and claiming that it’s a “natural fishy taste” and then saying I got sick from something else is straight up gaslighting. I’m not an idiot, I know what spoiled fish tastes like and saying “not every food is for everyone” is absolutely ridiculous considering I eat salmon and fresh salmon sushi at least once a week. I started feeling sick while I was still sitting at the table at the restaurant shortly after consuming the fish. There are also many other reviews on here stating that they were served spoiled fish and felt sick after, one review even says “hi from the toilet 🤬🤬🤬🤬”. I’ve been sick all day with food poisoning - stomach pain, vomiting, and diarrhea - and it is irresponsible of the owner to serve spoiled food. Read moreThis was by far the worst tuna maki I've ever had.... and I've had seven-eleven sushi in Thailand. It was literally rotten fish served with bland, overcooked, unseasoned blue-rose rice wrapped in greyish-green, slimy, chewy, and obviously factory-made Chinese nori.
Not even the starving stray cats I gave it to - after being hit with the pungent rotting stench held at bay by the plastic container it came in - touched it.
The only reason I didn't starve that day was because the salmon roll was ok. Just.... Ok. Thank god they used decent avocado and salmon and that I hadn't opened the tuna beforehand.
If they had served this to me in their restaurant there would have been a scene. I called to complain to them and even left my number in case anyone with responsibility would be interested enough in figuring out what went wrong, but, surprise surprise.... Nobody has called me back after a full two weeks.... At least the cashier girl said "a thousand pardons" a few times. Not that it gave me any indication that anyone with any authority in that establishment would do anything to make sure this kind of thing wouldn't happen again.

Read moreI came here with a group of four and we had the samurai noodles, a few sushi rolls, and a bao bun.
I did not personally have the bao bun but the one who did said the meat was a bit dry but the sauce was good. It did look quite good so I'm sure it was at least alright.
The sushi was average. Nothing special but it was fine.
The samurai noodles were not great. The pork was overcooked and dry. The shrimp was probably the most overcooked shrimp I've ever had to the point where I could bite down on it and it took quite a bit of force to actually bite into it. The flavor overall was not good either. There wasn't a lot of sauce and the sauce didn't really have much flavor. The green peppers were actually pretty good and the noodles themselves were cooked borderline perfectly.
Overall, I was quite disappointed with the meal but the service was alright. The first bit of food (noodles and bun) was fairly quick to come out but the sushi felt like it took a bit longer than it should.
Personally I wouldn't come back here unless they either completely changed the menu or upped the quality of the food. There's definitely potential here but at the moment its just...
