MIKE`S HOUSE STUDIOS — Hotel in Municipality of Rhodes

Loved every second, Me and my girlfriend (age 19) stayed in Mikes house in Faliraki for 12 nights in August 18. The hotel was very nice and tidy, the rooms were cosy and had all the necessary appliances such as fridge and hairdryer and a couple other things as we were just in the self catering hotel side not apartment side.

We arrived to the hotel about 2AM and were warmly welcomed and shown to our room. The next day we met Maria, one of the owners; she was very polite and was welcoming with any questions we had. Her bar is lovely and the beer and home prepared food is even better. We were welcomed (to our decision) with a toastie for next to nothing each morning.

Maria was very helpful with showing us what there is to do in the area and gave us a few leaflets and explained how the local public transport to Rhodes works. Which is a simple 20 minute bus. The hotel is also perfectly located, with it just being tucked off the main road it was nice and quiet with a 2 minute walk to the main strip or a 10 min walk to the beach along the strip.

The actual hotel itself was amazing and it’s pool even better, it’s a perfect size for a few inflatables or for a good game of water volleyball, with it being a fairly small apart-hotel the pool was reasonably quiet with no race to get a sun bed, as most beds had sun all day.

Rooms are basic but great value for money. Aircon is a necessity at €7 per night extra but is worth paying. Showers didnt have a curtain which made showing difficult. Maria and the staff were fantastic and we very warm and welcoming. They went out of their way to cater for myself (vegan) and I...

Wij hebben via corendon een studio geboekt voor 11 dagen in september 2017. De studio's zelf zijn erg klein en gedateerd. Op de site van corendon stond een studio met kitchenette maar dat we aankwamen stond er alleen een koelkast met daarop een waterkoker en 2 bekers. Geen bordjes of bestek niks. Onze hostess heeft geregeld dat we een andere kamer kregen. Nog steeds erg primitief en gedateerd maar het volstaat. De badkamer is erg klein en er hangt geen douchegordijn dus alles is kletsnat na het douchen. Maar het is niet duur, dus qua prijs kwaliteit verhouding klopt het wel. Wel hele vriendelijke mensen die er werken, we werden leuk ontvangen. Het zwembad is heerlijk en je kan bij de bar een drankje en een hapje bestellen. Faliraki zelf is erg leuk. Veel winkeltjes, bars en restaurants. Mooi groot zandstrand!!! Verder een heerlijke...
