Generally, we were satisfied with our stay; however, there were several shortcomings. The food was good, the rooms were new, and the staff was nice. We booked our room in January 2025 with a 1.5-year-old child and requested a baby cot, but the hotel did not provide one. We were given room 214 on the second floor, which made it difficult for us to go up and down every day with our child, who wanted to walk by herself, or when bringing the stroller. Our terrace faced the road, while the hallway to the room had a beautiful view of the sea, palm trees, and the pool—which I don’t quite understand. The bathroom did not have a single electrical socket, so we had to use the hairdryer in the hallway. Cleaning was acceptable but could have been better. On several occasions, we did not have sufficient hot water when we returned late from the beach, so we ended up showering our child with almost cold water. I don’t know what the issue was, but the hotel was apparently aware of it, since on the 7th day of our stay they changed the whole faucet on their own (without us complaining). That was good for future guests, but our holiday had already passed. The hotel only has a very basic baby high chair, without a tray or safety belts, so the baby basically had to eat from our table, which was lower than the chair—making it very difficult for her to eat on her own, causing more mess for both us and the staff, and also unsafe, since she could easily stand up. There is no real playground, only two small facilities. I believe these things would not require a large investment for the Acrotel group. Most of the yard is tiled and becomes slippery in case of rain or water from the pool—our child even fell down one day. The hotel does not provide any activities for kids, if you are looking for that. The road to the beach is not very close, looks quite bad, with cars rushing by and no sidewalk. The nearest part of the beach has large pebbles and grass, though you can move left or right for a better spot. Nikiti is in constant traffic jams, so I would not recommend it as the best option for exploring Sithonia. Breakfast and dinner times are very limited—strictly two hours—and the staff takes your plates while you are still finishing your meal, which felt a bit pushy. Overall, the hotel is good, but I would not recommend it for families with small children, for the reasons described above.

Unacceptable conduct – this hotel ruined our entire delegation’s stay As a legal entity traveling on behalf of our company, we booked two Seaside View rooms in good faith, through Booking.com, and paid in full. What we experienced at Acrotel Lilyann Boutique Hotel was beyond unacceptable. After taking full payment, we were informed only then that the booked rooms were not available. We were given one defective Seaside View room and one room facing a fence — dirty, moldy, dusty, with broken fittings and ant infestation. Both rooms were in deplorable condition. Throughout our stay, the staff displayed complete indifference and even sarcasm. Cleaning personnel entered rooms without knocking, breakfast was of extremely poor quality, and the hotel environment was unhygienic, with cats and insects everywhere. The advertised facilities (such as an EV charging station) were misrepresented and not actually available. To make matters worse, the hotel initially mishandled our payment, causing us significant financial loss in fees. At checkout, we were pressured to accept a €117 refund we never requested, with the threat that otherwise we could not leave — an outrageous and coercive practice. Most shocking of all, the hotel urged us to cancel our Booking.com reservation and rebook directly with them to avoid paying Booking’s commission. This is a blatant violation of policies and a clear act of bad faith. Our delegation’s experience was ruined by this hotel’s unethical practices and unacceptable behavior. Rest assured, we will hold them fully accountable through all available legal and procedural channels. We strongly advise any company or individual to avoid this property.

The hotel is OK, but the cleaning service - not at all. First, waiting to be accommodated for more than 1 hour (after 4 pm), then - bedsheets are not being changed even once during a week stay, the cleaning ladies knock on the door during rest time (i.e. 3 pm), not enough soap in the bathroom. There should've been a child's cot supplied in the room before arrival, but I had to ask for it and received it one day later. Food at the restaurant is OK, although for breakfast there could be a larger variety of juices/types of drinks; They could organize a better children's play area with more facilities. To get to the beach front, you have to go along a dusty road loaded with traffic. To avoid it, better to use side streets.

My family and I chose Acrotel Lily Ann Village after we read lots of positive reviews on Google.

BUT unfortunately it is not all that perfect:(

-The location is not bad, 10 min walk to the seaside and all the restaurants. The restaurants by the way are very nice.

-Our accommodation: We specifically paid for a Superior room which was more expensive than Double room, and I talked to the hotel staff before our arrival ( corresponding through Booking.com) asking for a Pool view, as I knew from other guests that the road view rooms are very noisy . They assured me that all their superior rooms are fronting the Pool. But when we checked in to the room it was small and facing the road.

After discussing this issue with the Front desk manager, she asked me to send them an email with a screenshot of our discussion about this on Booking.com and said that the manager will reply soon. So someone from the hotel staff made a mistake, from their point of view:) The most disappointing thing was that the staff told us they will try to talk to the manager about our room location, and I waited all day, and finally next day they said they can not do anything. My opinion they didn’t even try. It was very loud during the night, all the motorcycles and cars making noise at 3 AM. Some hotel staff were parking their motorcycles just in front of our room and it was not very nice, the noise was very load and it was during the night!!! I read about this problem before we arrived and this is why we asked to have a room facing the pool side not road side! But they didn’t do anything about it. So I felt very bad, they assure you in one thing and upon the arrival they cannot do anything. And this is after I discussed this with them!

-Another thing that we didn’t like, we paid for our dog to stay with us, 30 euros per day!!! and as the hotel says our dog will receive a luxury compliments : “The cost for dog accommodation is €30 per day, which includes a range of amenities and services such as: Complimentary treats and water Comfortable bed Toys for entertainment Food and water bowls Litter bags Access to the dog pharmacy at the reception A special Acrotel gift (a stylish scarf)” etc. All we got was a water/food bowls and some food which we didn’t give our dog as we brought our own dog food.

All I can say, the staff is trying to be nice. They called us before we arrived asking for time of our arrival, BUT when we arrived we were asked to pay straight away for our accommodation which was strange but ok, and we also paid some taxes, 25 euros. Which we didn’t know about , it was not written on Booking.com. So extra payment we didn’t expected:(

Also, their housekeeping ladies, who are very nice by the way, cleaned everything with a floor mop, NOT a single vacuum cleaner in the hotel and it is 21 century people! So we stayed in the room full of dust and dog hair all 5 days. Our question was, how come the hotel doesn’t provide a vacuum cleaner for their staff to clean the rooms properly? Hotel management please think about it!

The breakfast was ok, but every day the same food. Not great.

Our overall opinion, not the worst hotel we stayed in, it has a potential but the reviews are not 100% true nor on Google nor Booking.com.

So, dear hotel management, I expected much more from your property, but I guess it is only 3 star hotel, which tries its best. So, thank you very much, please try your best, your property is not bad, you can do better, and please sort out your room occupancy while you confirm your room availability , you promise guests one thing and then you have no spare rooms, so someone who paid honestly for a bigger room has to stay in a much smaller room and you don’t keep your promises. And all we were left out with was a small double room with no properly cleaning!!!and it is not the housekeeping issue!!!and motorcycles making noises every night.

Thank you...

The accomodation is good, as apparently it has been thoroughly renovated recently. Food is also OK, although repeatable. However, the service is an absolute disaster!

We were 6 ppl in 3 rooms. We went before the season and even though the place was more than half empty, some of us were placed in a room opposite the main street where cars and neighboring houses were really loud. Others wanted two separate beds instead of one double. None of that was taken seriously and rooms were not exchanged, because also Internet wasn't working and at Reception they couldn't check which rooms were available (most pathetic excuse ever!).

For those friends who had to sleep on a double bed instead of two single beds, we at least asked for two separate blankets. It took the personnel several days to arrange it, since only the cleaning ladies knew where the blankets were (!!!), so nothing could be done in the evenings (when we were talking to Reception). However, on the next day the shift changes, the new Reception person is not informed of the situation, so the cleaning ladies do nothing during the day. We come back in the evening and see nothing has been done, so we start the conversation with Reception again, from scratch. Otherwise, we were constantly told: "Don't worry, we'll take care of it tomorrow." Yeah, right!

As already mentioned, Internet was down for a few days and no apology or explanation was provided. Additionally, we had 2 TV sets in one of the rooms, but none of them had the channels setup and their menu was locked behind a password. So we had no TV, in other words.

The cleaning ladies were entering every day at any point: you can be sleeping, having sex, sitting on the toilet - it doesn't matter, they just come in (a simple DND sign could've probably solved that issue, but there were none such). Also, if you need the bedsheets changed, you actually have to ask for it. Lastly, they forgot to close the door after themselves on one occasion. When we reported it to Reception, the answer was "But the cleaning lady doesn't remember leaving the door open!" 🤦🏻‍♀️

The personnel at breakfast yelled at us for putting 3 tables together (in one of the corners outside) because we wanted to sit and have breakfast all 6 of us comfortably. Apparently, more than 4 people at 2 tables is not possible and not convenient for them (and no one cares what's actually convenient for us, the customers!). We also must not have touched the tables, I quote (so we wanted to return the tables to their original arrangement when we're done eating, but we weren't allowed to do anything anymore, therefore we left them as is).

One of the buildings has huge cockroaches inside. Customers have killed them in the corridors and left them for the cleaning ladies to see and address, and the cockroaches were still there, untouched, for us to admire. When we reported to Reception that we also had to kill cockroaches inside our room, they were shocked and decided to spray our room only (!!!) while we're still there (!!!). Luckily, on the next day they already forgot about that amazing plan (or most probably the next person at Reception was simply not informed).

Note that the pool is not heated, so if you go there outside of the season, the sun is not strong enough to heat it up so you essentially...
