For us, Aria Garden offered exactly what we needed. A quiet place to stay while enjoying a seaside vacation. Room was spacius and had an extendable armchair, which was comfy enough. Bed is really comfortable. Everything is new - towels, bed linens, pillows, etc. The kitchenette had a sandwich maker, a coffee machine compatible with nesspresso capsules, an electric stove top, an electric kettle, dishes (3 types), cutlery, a pan, a pot. There was also a hairdryer in the bathroom. Nice view from the balcony. Enough parking lots. Cleaning and change of towels, bed linens three days apart. Garbage was taken each day. There is nothing to complain about. Everything was close...5 minutes to the beach, restaurants, 3 supermarkets really close by. Old Nikiti is close and really interesting for a walk. The pool was excellent, really cared for, always clean. My son (3 and 1/2) had a blast at the pool, he enjoyed the balcony and the long naps on the bed.|The beach in Nikiti may require water shoes, at least when you get into the water. But the water is perfect even for kids. There are portions with sunbeds (where the pebbles or stones are less annoying), and there are free zones.|At the end of the day (vacation), I definitely recommend Aria Garden Suites if you want to enjoy the seaside in Greece, on the continent, and having everything you need at...

We stayed at Aria Gardens in Nikiti for two years in a row and we can say with certainty that we will be back 100%! Everything about this place is absolutely impeccable — from the spotless rooms, to the perfectly maintained garden, to the crystal-clear pool. Cleanliness is truly at the highest level and we sincerely hope it stays this way for many years to come. The hospitality is also outstanding. Each year, we were welcomed with such warmth and kindness. The host takes amazing care of the entire property, always present, polite, and ready to help. It really makes a difference when you feel that level of dedication. The location is excellent as well — just a 5-minute walk to both the beach and the center, making everything very convenient and easy to reach. The pool area is another highlight. The atmosphere is so calm and serene that it’s very nice to spend time there. When some kids started jumping into the pool, the host handled the situation in such a polite and respectful way that they immediately stopped — a great example of how well he looks after both the guests and the comfort of everyone staying. We absolutely love this place. There isn’t a single thing we could point out as “not okay” — everything is more than okay, everything is perfect.
