Sweet little hotel in downtown Thessaloniki. Not far from the Main street and the nightlife area with bars and restaurants. The hotel seems like newly opened or renovated. Rooms are not big but big enough to feel relaxed. The design is very hip. Also the bathroom solution with the shower and the sink in the room is very well made. They offer some sweets, Heineken and sodas in the little fridge for really little money. Also everything there to make tea or nescafe. You can plug your phone besides every side of the big bed. Also every room has a big smartphone available like a tablet for Internet use. In case your own phone is done. Of course free WiFi and SmartTV. And a safe. And a little balcony for sitting and smoking. Very cool. Everything was perfectly clean. The bed nicely arranged with a lot of different pillows. As addition they provide organic shower gel and other stuff and a lavender room spray for good sleep. The breakfast was good. Enough to chose from different marmelades, cereals, joghurt, juices etc. For special drinks or special coffee you have to pay. But also not expensive. The staff is friendly. Everything went smooth. If you want they order for you a taxi to the airport for a fix price of 20EUR. It took 4 minutes to arrive at the hotel. I totally recommend this place for singles, friends, couples and little families.

The room we stayed in is very fancy. The breakfast is incredibly generous—you have several menus to choose from, and each breakfast is enough for two people (you’ll definitely be full all day!). The staff serving breakfast are extremely polite and attentive, constantly checking if you’d like anything else ☺️ Even the water is served from glass bottles, adding a nice touch. 🫶✨️ Although we’ve only been here for one day, we requested a towel change, and they happily accommodated us. They also cleaned and tidied the room without any issues. The Wi-Fi works flawlessly throughout the entire hotel. The private parking is conveniently located right next to the hotel, so there’s no need for long walks. Everyone at the hotel is cheerful, and the atmosphere is very warm and welcoming. Highly recommended! ☺️

We had such a lovely stay at the Blue Bottle Hotel. Everything was walking distance and it is in a good area with a lot of shops, restaurants and bars. The breakfast was also good! They had 3 set menus or you could pick and choose your own breakfast. However, the best part was Eleutheria, the amazing hotel receptionist! Everyday she would give us recommendations on where and what to eat, going above and beyond to take the time to make sure we enjoyed Thessaloniki. Every restaurant she recommended went above and beyond our expectations, and she would even go as far as telling us her favorite dishes. She was so kind and really took care of us. For that, we could come back to the Blue Bottle again!

An outstanding hotel. Do not be fooled by it's demure exterior, this is a hidden gem that boasts a prime location in the heart of the city. The service is impeccable, from the receptionist, to the cleaner, to the lady who serves breakfast; the tradition of Greek hospitality is showcased throughout your stay. I would like to break down my comments as follows:

Location: Surrounded by a host of restaurants, shops, banks, supermarkets and other useful amenities within minutes on foot; this hotel is superbly situated and easily accessible by road, rail and air.

Rooms: I stayed in the junior suite, which was tastefully and pragmatically furnished. However, I marked this particular field down in terms of a star rating as the TVs featured only a small number of channels. In addition, although coffee and tea making facilities are provided, the options are limited to a couple of sachets of Nescafé and the odd tea bag. This is slightly surprising, particularly when we consider the next criteria.

Breakfast: I have stayed in number of hotels which employ an 'a la carte' approach to breakfast service with limited levels of success. This hotel absolutely nails this by offering either a 'build your own' option, or a selection of three menus. This is a very astute addition as the set menus demonstrate very clearly to the guest what their expectations are in terms of order size and the diversity of foods they may enjoy. In this particular case, it is generosity to their guests that ensures that their particular brand of 'a la carte' works to a 'T'. Indeed, everything they serve is fresh, delicious and prepared very rapidly by an extremely hospitable and efficient waitress.

General: I arrived at the hotel much earlier than the check-in time of 14:30. However, the very polite and courteous receptionist allowed me to leave my heavy luggage behind whilst I explored the area and she went the extra mile to ensure that the room was ready to occupy much earlier than anticipated; yet another vivid example of how the staff show dedication to their guests, and their work more broadly.

In summary, you will receive Hilton-level service at Best Western prices at this establishment. The hoteliers clearly understand what a guest wants from their stay and this is very evident from the moment of arrival. Well done The...

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Blue Boutique Hotel in Thessaloniki, and overall, my experience was quite positive. One of the standout features of the hotel was its exceptional customer service. From the moment I walked through the door, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and always ready to assist. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable, providing helpful recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. The personalized attention to guests made a significant difference and added a warm touch to the overall experience. The cleanliness and modernity of the rooms were impressive. The hotel boasts new and well-maintained accommodations, creating a sleek and inviting atmosphere. The attention to detail in room design and furnishings was evident, contributing to a pleasant and cozy stay. The cleanliness standards were consistently high, and I appreciated the effort put into maintaining a fresh and welcoming environment. However, it's important to note that the rooms are on the smaller side, and the layout may seem a bit unconventional. While the modern design adds to the aesthetics, some guests might find the limited space less accommodating, particularly if they have large luggage or prefer more spacious accommodations. Another minor drawback was the occasional noise from other guests, which could be slightly disruptive. Thin walls and the layout of the hotel contributed to a bit of noise bleed, but it did not significantly detract from the overall experience. The breakfast, unfortunately, was rather average. While there was a variety of options, the quality did not stand out. It lacked the wow factor that would elevate the overall dining experience. However, the basics were covered, ensuring a decent start to the day. In conclusion, the Blue Boutique Hotel in Thessaloniki is a solid choice for those seeking excellent customer service, cleanliness, and modern accommodations. Despite the small room size, unusual layout, and occasional noise, the positive aspects outweigh the drawbacks. With a few adjustments to room layout and noise insulation, this hotel could easily become a top-tier choice...

Our reservation for four nights was canceled by the hotel, and we were charged the full amount despite circumstances entirely beyond our control. Severe lack of customer service and empathy. Once payment was secured, it seems our status as valued clients was disregarded.

This occurred after a war broke out in my country two days before our scheduled arrival, leading to the cancellation of all flights to and from the region. Although we had paid extra for a free cancellation option, the hotel's policy stipulated a three-day advance notice. We promptly informed the hotel of our situation two days prior to our arrival and followed your instructions to submit an official cancellation request via email/booking platform.

Despite our timely notification and the extraordinary circumstances, our cancellation request was denied. We were informed that we would be fully charged, seemingly placing blame on us for the unforeseen event of a war (by the way, “thank you” for your concern for our safety!). When we attempted to discuss this further by phone, they slammed the phone to our face, and subsequent email inquiries were ignored.

To our dismay, after processing the full charge, the hotel proceeded to cancel our reservation without our consent. This implies that even if travel restrictions had eased and we were able to arrive even a day late, despite having paid in full, we would have been denied accommodation.

It appears we have been fully charged for a room that was ultimately resold. The manner in which this situation was handled demonstrates a severe lack of customer service and empathy. Once payment was secured, it seems our status as valued clients was...
