Modern Luxury Hotel — Hotel in Municipality of Thessaloniki

During my stay at this hotel, I encountered several issues that significantly diminished my overall satisfaction. Firstly, the toilet was positioned so closely next to the sink that it was extremely difficult and uncomfortable to use. The space was so constrained that sitting on the toilet without coming into contact with the sink was impossible. Additionally, although it was advertised on booking platforms and confirmed upon inquiry that parking was available, I was surprised to learn that it comes with a fee of 25 euros per night and is located 400 meters away from the hotel. The staff at the reception were very strict and uncommunicative, which did not align with my expectations for a hotel in the center of Thessaloniki. We booked the hotel because we saw that it has a good rating on Google.. However, the hotel is not as good as it looks.. The guy working at the reception has no culture, no manners.. he was arrogant and misbehaved.. The room was very horrible, for 100 euros you get a small room in which there is only space for one bed, especially the bathroom which was too small and made with a stupid layout.. we had no place to sit on the toilet because the tap was placed next to it.. and the shower cabin you can't move, and when you take a shower, you have to hold the shower in your hands because there is nowhere to put it.. I have never seen a worse organized toilet.. Opposite the hotel there is a cafe where they have a party until 5 in the morning with live music.. It's was too loud and you can't sleep..
