Vouka — Restaurant in Kalamaria Municipality

We chose this restaurant despite of the fact that it was empty. It is not a good sign at the time getting closer to dinner time, however reviews and menu photos showed that it is worth to choose. And we were not disappointed! I have no idea why there is not a big crowd at this place all the time :D We tried the cheese pie, dip trio with bread (they brought us a tiny whole warm bread - not thin slices or so - it was super delicious) and the slow-cooked lamb. Here's the thing: the food is delicious, the service is excellent, but the place is really small and cramped. That means tables are too close to one another and the din is too loud. On top of it, the door was open and it was too cold inside for it to be comfortable. Most diners had their coats on while eating at their tables. This place could be perfect if they really cared about their customers having a good time. By all means it is worth a visit, but don't go if it is cold or don't like noisy places.
