The worst atmosphere experience. Very bad design. The way the place is set up is not ergonomic and this makes the serving operation very slow and unorginized. You even need explanations to chose the right toilet. The sing does not explain where is male and female toilet. The waitresses run non stop and they knew the menu very well, I really appreciate this, but during the service they were a bit messy. It took over 15 min to bring the bill, using various receipts from different guests. One of these was printed at least an hour before we arrived and the total amount was over the real bill that we paid. Food was ok. But only one out of 5 dishes we ordered was very nice. There was big delay between the dishes which arrived one by one. The menu looks very creative but missed taste and right combination of ingredients. Over all it is a very messy place with very bad managment, and this affects the job quality...
Read moreLove the place. I discovered it back in 2016 and since then I always visit it when in Thessaloniki for work. The menu is getting updated frequently and remains surprisingly impressive. The tastes are fruity- salads are colourful and tasty and as far as I'm concerned the materials used are first quality. Would definitely suggest it to those who like modern cuisine with some traditional Greek substances. Deserts are a must have so keep.some appetite and do not get carried away and over-order. Lastly the wine menu is long and the waiters can always help with some suggestions. Update: every time I go, is another reconfirmation of how much I love this place. On top of the great tastes and looks of all plates I have tried so far, the service quality is also A+
Only positive things to add about this place. Remains in my top 3 in the north and certainly in the top 5 in Greece....

The food is naturally the strong point of the Bistro. The iceberg salad fresh and vibrant, the giouzlemedes a meaty tour de force and the lamp burger juicy and sweet. Room for improvement here too, as the highlight that should have been the beef chuck eye stake was inconsistently cooked.
The bistro's reputation precedes it. The stakes are literally high. I will surely offer a second chance to Master and Margarita, but I am looking forward to a...
