Anemoscope Windmill Villa Santorini — Hotel in Municipality of Thira

Super cool experience to stay in the windmill. The rooms had air conditioning and host provided some waters and fruit. The bed in the middle floor wasn’t very comfortable but I slept well on it. We loved the porch area and waking up with coffee by the jacuzzi. We chose this location because it was down the street from the Santorini Gem wedding venue we went to. Location is not super ideal if you plan to be in Fira or Oia a lot (we had to take multiple taxis and Ubers which added up in cost). Would recommend renting a car or ATV if staying over this way. AMAZING PLACE! We decided to go to Santorini for three days during winter, and staying in an ancient windmill felt like a dream out of time. There are all the comforts you can ask for, and the food in Greece is also great - perfectly paired with a relaxing vacation. The view from the windmill is STUNNING,, out of the ordinary. When weather isn't great, there are plenty of spots to visit nearby so you won't get bored. We'll probably be back over the summer for the Volcano trekking and to enjoy the beaches.
