Elements Cozy Suites — Hotel in Municipality of Thira

The experience was perfect in every aspect. Dimitra was kind and helpful. The property is located in a very quiet and central area relative to the larger cities, which allows you (if you have a rental car or any other means of transport) to reach virtually every point of interest within a maximum of 20 minutes. The room exceeded our expectations: spacious, spotlessly clean, cool, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. Breakfast is delicious, freshly prepared, and satisfying. The layout of the rooms gives you a great sense of privacy, even though the entrance faces the communal area of the property.

There was nothing I didn’t like. If I really had to suggest something, it would be to start serving breakfast a bit earlier, as it's currently available from 8:30 AM onwards, which isn’t ideal for early risers. Another nice improvement would be to assign a dedicated parking spot to each room, since on our last evening we weren’t able to park next to the property because all the spots were taken (although the fact that the spaces are not reservable is clearly stated in the listing, so I’m not complaining, just making a...

The hotel and staff were absolutely amazing. Located in a quiet town the hotel sits perfectly to get to nearby restaurants with spectacular views, the hotel itself boasts beautiful views. We stayed in July 2022 in the superior suite with hot tub and sea view and it was just perfect! The suite was so clean and everything was provided. It is a new hotel so small things still had to be done like the safe being screwed to the wall which I'm sure is done by now. Service was great, breakfast was just perfect, nothing went to waste; although a menu would've been sufficient to provide to guests so they can choose, we didn't have a problem with what they served us. On the day of checkout, our flight was in the afternoon so they gave us a late check out for free and also served us ice cream which I cannot complain about. Staff are extremely hospitable, if we were to visit Santorini again, we would most definitely stay at Elements Cozy Suites. I would recommend hiring a car to get to places, you can see all of Santorini in a day or 2 and it's just convenient to have your own form...
