My Santorini Villa, Pyrgos — Hotel in Municipality of Thira

Recommendation: Avoid booking the My Santorini Pyrgos Villas until ALL construction is complete. Instead, consider the Santorini Sky Luxury Resort or Retreat Villas — these are quiet, well-maintained, and offer the same level of service without the disruption.

The hotel owners should not be accepting reservations at this site while MAJOR construction is ongoing adjacent to hotel rooms. While the villa itself is great —comfortable bed, stunning view, and hearty breakfast delivered to your room each morning at 9 a.m, I cannot recommend booking this property until construction on the surrounding villas is FULLY complete. As a U.S. citizen, I am not even sure how it is legal to allow booking during the massive, adjacent construction occurring.

For context, I booked this villa for my honeymoon and received an email after booking notifying me of construction. I wish this had been disclosed beforehand, as it would have affected our decision to stay here. Upon arrival, we discovered the situation was far more disruptive than expected. Construction crews were jackhammering the driveway outside our villa from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., making it completely unusable. We had to contact the hotel to arrange alternative parking each evening. On the plus side, communication with the hotel staff via WhatsApp is also outstanding; they respond almost instantly, even at 9 pm.

After raising our concerns on the second day, the staff was very understanding and offered us a refund for our final night. They also went above and beyond by relocating us to Santorini Sky’s Retreat Villa, which was peaceful, beautifully situated higher in the mountains, and free from construction noise. While the staff was genuinely kind and tried their best to make things right, the ongoing construction unfortunately diminished what should have been a relaxing...

Its all lies, all of it. 5 stars, i absolutely cannot give 5 stars.

Located on the highest point, literally in the sky.

Mama Sophie will take care of you, she will treat you like you are her only child who needs mama’s love (in a good way). She cooks such amazing food and she will make sure you eat.

The resort is so nice and clean. Peaceful with the most epic views. The villas are nice, clean and its easy to navigate around.

The facilities are amazing. Everything is at the end of the phone or a message away.

Nespresso coffee, Zara home comforts, actual fairy liquid, Oral B toothpaste. Its not cheap stuff you see in other places.

Organised my honeymoon, Santorini Sky said, don't worry, we got you. All i had to do was land and get there, they did the rest.

Anyone staying here i would recommend getting a car (although not necessary), just makes it so easy to get around.

The sun sets here are beautiful. The walk to the villas has great views too. Perfect place for those instagram pictures. Your followers will be asking where this place is.

We will definitely be back here, in my opinion, the ONLY place to stay in Santorini. Not just because of the comfort and luxury. But because of the hospitality, the attention to detail and most importantly the care that they give their guests. Daniel you have all the ingredients to make a truly spectacular organisation. Keep doing what your doing.

I have to mention, that the villas are private, you are covered and can get away from the rest of the world.

One of the most wonderful hotels we’ve ever stayed in! Quiet, peaceful, impeccable design, spectacular views, excellent housekeeping, and - equally important - the most wonderful, communicative staff we’ve had the pleasure of meeting.

We stayed in one of the Panorama suites, and the pictures on their website are accurate. We weren’t disappointed. In fact, we found it hard to leave even after 7 days of the spectacular views and complete tranquility!

The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, recommending excellent choices for car rental, restaurants, catamaran tours and even arranging a complimentary yoga class! They are delightful, helpful and thoughtful.

The food pantry is amazing - abundant and convenient with homemade options everyday. It’s a nice alternative to restaurant breakfasts, and lets you enjoy the morning in your accommodations even more.

The town of Pyrgos is a 10 minute drive, and has plenty of good restaurants with beautiful views.

If peace and quiet are what you want, Santorini Sky offers the opposite of the noise, congestion and crowds in Fira and Oia. Both towns are an easy drive away, but returning to the hotel is like an escape to paradise.
