Staying here was one of the highlights of our trip! We stayed for 4 nights. The staff was very welcoming and we immediately felt a part of the family. Ntina is a wonderful cook and makes mouthwatering breakfasts. She made fresh jam every morning and rotated the menu everyday. She discovered I had a sweet tooth and made us special chocolate, banana and biscotti crepes on our last day! They helped us arrange a boat tour, an ATV rental, and transfers to and from the airport. We didn't have a set agenda up front, so they also helped us plan our days with potential activities.
The accommodations were exactly as described and very comfortable. There is a roof deck that looks across the village toward Mesaria. The deck (sunny) and the cozy patio (shaded) offered nice options to relax with a glass of water or wine. The apartment is about a 10 minute bus ride or 20 minute walk to Fira. The island as a whole is very accessible; both ends, Oia and the lighthouse, are only a 30 minute drive away! It is also very close to the Red and Black Beaches, Prygos, Akrotiri archaeological site and a handful of wineries. If we ever return to Santorini, we would definitely...
Read moreIf you're after an authentic Greek home to stay in, with a very welcoming Greek family that will make you feel at home, then this is the place for you.
Dina and Emmanuel are great. They offer pick-up from the Port or Airport, which I very much recommend if you're not familiar with Santorini (it can be tricky, trust me).
The breakfast is just beautiful and plentiful. With a home made coffee recipe that I'll miss forever.
The rooms are stunning authentic Greek accommodations, very comfortable and you cannot help but feel at home and part of the family.
Emmanuel will also sit down with you, go through the map of the island and answer any questions you have, which is A+. He even recommended some awesome, authentic local restaurants for a real experience for us that love to try the real local food.
He will also help you find a vehicle if required, and help with things like a sailing tour which we did and loved!
We can't recommend them enough. This is such...
Read moreAn outstanding bed and breakfast. Located in a quiet village halfway between the airport and the port, it is small perfect and very welcoming. Tina and her husband Emmanuel are the perfect hosts. Welcoming you as if you were a close friend of their family. Nothing is too much trouble because they want your visit to Santorini and their spotlessly clean, and very beautiful home to be very special. A wonderful breakfast delivered to your own private dining area. They arranged for our transfers from the airport and to the port and made all the arrangements for our private tour of the island. We would recommend staying there without...
