Legacy Private Villa Oia — Hotel in Municipality of Thira

The villa and the rooms inside are looking very nice, same as on the photos. It was also very clean and cozy. However, the breakfast was poor and there were days that we didn't get what we requested. Sorry, but for 300eur per day such a cheap bread, fake fresh juice and some milk from unknown source is definitely not acceptable. I had the feeling that i had to beg for some cheese and ham. The jacuzzi was cold, when we requested to be heated for a bit we got an advise to get in the shower first and then run into the jacuzzi. My brain cells still can't accept that advise and I am not sure if I shod laugh or cry. The cleaning lady was present every day, except on the 5th day but she brought only water and left, she didn't clean anything. I have to mention that we had to ask for extra watter, because it was not brought to us every day. Of course, i had to deal with the frustration of the lady when she brought 2 bottles of watter. I mean, do we have to beg for watter?? Of course, we reported everything to the host Valentini but there was almost no reaction. But she was nice and supportive. About the view, on the one side are the lurky neighbors and on the other is the garbage from the abandoned field. We also noticed some cameras on the surroundings. Please receive this review as a suggestion for improvement from people who go on vacation every second month in a year, because we can see that the vila looks nice. Excellent villa with beautiful location, super luxurious, extremely clean & comfortable. Architecture & design is a state of art - rooms blended with modern furnishings & decoration! Nous avons réservé cet hébergement pour 7 nuits. Points positifs: -bien situé pour être au calme complet (ruelles piétonnes) et à environ 20 mn à pied de Oia. Bien situé aussi pour visiter toute l'île qui au final n'est pas très grande et pourvue d'un réseau routier correct -mobilier, équipements, literie très bien pour 4 personnes (attention toutefois car il y a 1 chambre lit double et 2 places couchage en L dans la pièce de vie) -extérieur agréable donnant sur une vue mer (extérieur de la caldeira). Nous avons profité tous les jours du spa et du salon de jardin -hébergement qui offre suffisamment de place pour 4 personnes -le service conciergerie qui est très avenant, joignable quasi 24/24h.
