I recently had the immense pleasure of staying at the luxurious suite in Fira, Santorini, and I must say, it was an experience beyond compare. From the moment I stepped foot into this captivating oasis, I knew I was in for an extraordinary stay. From the moment I arrived, I was enveloped in a genuine embrace of hospitality. The owners themselves warmly greeted us, setting the tone for an extraordinary stay. with their attentive and caring demeanor, went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of my experience was nothing short of perfection. What truly amazed me was the array of exquisite options available to indulge in. From delightful dining venues to breathtaking vistas and captivating activities, there was never a dull moment. Wow wow wow.... I have just come back from a 3 night stay at Pnoe Suites and my time there was so amazing I do not know where to start.

Think about a time you have had really good customer service, then think about a time you have had amazing customer service, if you multiply that by 10 and add 100 you then get the level of service provided by Fanouria, who is the owner and manager of the hotel :)

I went to Santorini in August for a special occasion, it was the first time I would be spending my partner's birthday with him. So the hotel had to be perfect. Santorini has very many beautiful hotels, choosing one was hard, I narrowed it down to 5 and then began to send messages. I sent the same message to Pnoe as I did the other hotels and before I closed my PC on a Sunday evening I had a ping.. The owners had replied, this sealed the deal for me and the choice was made.

From there it was a 1:1 service all the way up until we landed. When we arrived a card was placed in the room wishing my partner a very happy birthday weekend. Nothing and I mean absolutely nothing was too much trouble for Fanouria, she helped me arrange a private dinner on the terrace of the hotel, a private car driven tour, balloons and a floating breakfast on his actual birthday. She printed my personalised menus so they would be on the table for dinner and overall acted like a personal VIP service for my entire trip there. Had I not seen the other 5 suites myself, it would be so hard to believe she had any other guests AND a young family as she was just so dedicated to us.

The room itself is beautiful beyond words, the pictures do not do it justice, there are so many small details missed that you have to see yourself to experience. My biggest conflict was giving up the cave feel I originally wanted, which I believe captures Santorini, when you actually get to the room you will not find a single sharp corner anywhere! Everything is rounded in traditional cafe style but has almost been married with a modern finish. There is attention to detail in every single part of the room as well as the most beautiful luxury toiletries which are all sourced from local Greek businesses. We had the suite and the upstairs space provided the extra room and bathroom needed to make sure we were both dressed on time 😊 I have stayed in so many hotels and Pnoe tops them all in every way by far. It is very close to the airport, and you can be in Fira in 10 mins and Oia in about 25. It is located in a very quiet and peaceful area which was welcome after experiencing just how busy Oia was.

Waking up to the 6am sunrise was one of the most beautiful nature experiences I have ever had in my life. There was breakfast served daily as with a turn down service. I cannot imagine ever coming back to Santorini and staying anywhere else. If you are torn between which hotel to choose, I urge you to make the right choice and choose Pnoe, you absolutely will...

One of the highlights of our stay was the heated pool. It provided the perfect escape for relaxation, especially during the cooler evenings. We spent countless hours indulging in the warm water while admiring the breathtaking views of Santorini. It was pure bliss!

Not only did Pnoe Luxury Suites offer impeccable accommodation, but the location was also perfect. Situated in a tranquil area, we were able to enjoy peace and serenity while still being within easy reach of the island's attractions and charming little villages.

All in all, our honeymoon at Pnoe Luxury Suites was an absolute dream come true. Fanouria and Dimitrios truly made us feel at home, and their warm and attentive service was second to none.
