Villa Limnes — Hotel in Municipality of Thira

Have just returned from 1 weeks holiday and Limnes Villas were as warm & laid back as Perissa itself. Michaela spoke excellent english and recommended an enjoyable and/reasonably priced boat tour of the caldera.||The apartments had comfortable low beds with a king size double which suited me. The shower/bathroom were basic but functional and the cooking facilities would have been a bit of a challenge because of very limited kitchen space. However we only used the kitchen area to make coffees & prepare greek salads so that was not a problem. The swimming pool however was excellent and was hardly ever busy.||The airconditioning worked fine and was essential for cooling the room to a comfortable temperature for sleeping. There was also a safe available in the wardrobe for a 1 euro/day charge. Wifi worked reasonably but was best towards...

Our stay in Limnes Villas has been perfect even with a baby of 19 months. The accommodation o.k., the family staff of Michaela perfect, all clean and in order. There´s a pool and a pool bar at disposal. The distance of the beach about 80 meters from the Villas, clean and free of charge. Promenade, restaurants, taverns and very nice Greek personnel everywhere. Possibility of excursions, both on foot or donkey (from Perissa up the hill - Mesa Vuono) or by public buses via Thira (Fira) to all destinations, or organized by local travel agencies. All works very well, no problems.We have visited Fira, Imerovigli (beautiful !), Oia, Nea Kameni - Hot Springs - Thirassia, Mesa Vuono, Kamari. There are much more possibilities. Just...

Stayed at Villa Limnes for our family holiday in July and must say it was such an amazing Gem , Michela and her family were so amazing,treated us as part of her family , the accommodation was immaculate and great dedication was given to its upkeep, fantastic pool again immaculate. The location was fantastic, 2 minutes to the beach, 5 minute walk to bus stop , Supermarket, and local Bakery. Made our daughters 4th birthday so special and also our 2 boys were treated first class . Transfer to and from airport was arranged by Michela which made life easy .
