We had the most wonderful stay at Nauma in Paros, and I honestly couldn’t recommend it more.
The decoration and vibe of the hotel are absolutely beautiful, so calming and serene. Every little detail is so well thought out, from the charming small furniture to the stunning paintings on the walls. It creates such a peaceful atmosphere that makes you feel instantly at ease.
The breakfast was impeccable, with a wide variety of options beautifully presented, making every morning feel like such a treat. We had our own private jacuzzi and terrace in our room, which was such a luxury, but spending time at the common pool was equally amazing and one of the most relaxing parts of our trip.
The service was beyond exceptional. From the managers to the cleaning crew, every single person we encountered was kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. At one point, we had a very small issue in our room and mentioned it to Elias. Within minutes, the manager personally came to us with sincere apologies and even offered additional services to make our stay more enjoyable. They absolutely didn’t need to, as our experience was already flawless; we had only mentioned it for the benefit of future guests. That level of care and thoughtfulness truly speaks volumes about the kind of team they are.
The location is also perfect, just a stone’s throw from Naoussa, where all the best restaurants and bars are. And of course, a special mention must go to Elias, who was truly the highlight of our stay. He went above and beyond, giving us the best recommendations and helping us shape our entire itinerary. Thanks to him, every experience was flawless. His warmth, humor, and generosity made us feel like we were staying with family.
This hotel is a gem, and the entire Nauma team made our stay in Paros so incredibly memorable. I would recommend it a million times over and am already planning when I can return. Thank you for making our time in Paros oh...

We had a lovely stay at this hotel! The location is perfect — just a 5-minute walk from Naousa, yet in a quiet and safe area, ideal for relaxing after a day out.
Breakfast was absolutely delicious every morning. A big thank you to the kind lady who prepared everything with such care (unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name) — she truly made our mornings enjoyable. Shella also did a great job keeping our room clean and comfortable during our stay.
Our room was fantastic, with a private hot tub we really enjoyed — especially since strong winds made beach days less appealing. It was the perfect way to unwind.
That said, the only negative part of our experience involved a man named Elias, who introduced himself as the host. One day, we bought a glass bottle of water from the pool bar for €3 (the same bottle that’s offered free during breakfast), and he insisted we exchange it for a plastic one — even though we had paid for the glass. It felt unnecessarily strict and a bit unpleasant.
During breakfast, we also felt uncomfortable at times — like the same man was watching how many times we got up to get food from the buffet, almost as if we were doing something wrong or "stealing" his food. It made an otherwise lovely breakfast feel tense.
On the day of our checkout, we were running slightly behind and came to reception to ask for 30 extra minutes to finish packing. While we were waiting for the morning receptionist, Elias made a sarcastic remark that “they should have known” implying we should have planned better which felt a bit uncalled for in a hospitality setting.
Despite these issues, the overall experience was very good, and we would recommend the hotel for its location, comfort, and the efforts of most of the staff. With a bit more professionalism and warmth in guest interactions, this place could easily offer a...
Read moreMy friend and I had a wonderful stay at Nauma Naoussa Boutique Hotel. The room was spotless, breakfast was really nice, and the location is great — close to both Naoussa and the beach.
A big thank you to the lovely breakfast lady (I forgot her name, unfortunately) and to Zayna and Elias at reception, who were both amazing — so welcoming, helpful, and genuinely kind. They made our stay really enjoyable.
However, I have to mention Tina, who was at reception in the morning. She was honestly awful — not welcoming at all, no smile, no hello, nothing. It felt like she didn’t want to be there and was just sitting around waiting to kill time. Her attitude made the atmosphere really heavy and uncomfortable. I work in hospitality myself, and this kind of behavior is completely unacceptable in such a lovely place.
If it wasn’t for her, I would have happily...
