Overall a pretty sad experience for around 30 euros per person. We were a party of 2, we really liked the ouzo and greek salad, so those 2 we would totally recommend. The cheese and the olives in the salad were especially great.
We were there at around 7pm (around sunset) and our advice would be to make a reservation ahead, as we did not and we waited for around 10-15mins to be seated.
Then, the main disappointment for the night arrived - the homemade fresh special - the lasagna. For a special food off the menu, the lasagna looked like it had been put out from a microwave. I couldn't believe that a place that was advertised as Italian would serve such horrible lasagna. Italians were turning in their grave as I ate that sad excuse of pasta.
Having to pay around 19 euros for it, was sadder. The view made it a bit better (I would go just for the view).

I had to come back and order double because I needed more than most likely what I could stomach but it didn't matter because it was AMAZING! Beautiful family owned business, the cutest atmosphere and pastel decor. if you didn't think you wanted Italian food in Greece, you are wrong! Everyone needs to come to Pastellos because you will not regret it - 1000/10 would eat everyday! P.S. A must visit is also Brandos Shop (located at Pastello), this little guy sells the cutest painted...
Read moreGreat little Italian place, family-owned from Calabria, established 9 years ago. It was a nice change of pace from the excellent Greek food we had eaten over the last 8 days. The pizza was excellent, and my husband had the special—homemade seafood ravioli. The restaurant is located right off the main road before you head down into the town...
